I don't like how you have to use cricut smart vinyl unless you want to have to use a mat. I absolutely despise cricut vinyl. Not to mention how much cricut charges for their heat press and this thing you'd thing design space wouldn't be such a pain in the a$$ to work with. I swear every time they do an update it gets worse.
Commercially, blades wise. Are you going through them faster? My thought was or is. That the carbide type blades will be the same across the board for all machines so, yeah it cuts faster but your wear is still gonna be the same as say for the craft types. So wears faster because your using it more…I know they are inexpensive-ish but I’m curious.
What's the largest print and cut that you can do with the Venture? I was thinking about buying a large format printer (24") to start doing car vinyl decals. example: flames, signs etc. I would want the Venture to be able to accommodate a large print and cut that my Maker can't do.
how easy is the software to use? Elementary School PTA is thinking of buying this to help teachers make bulleting boards and also various craft activities for kids. thanks for the video!

Yes, design space sucks. We don't even have a basic eraser tool.

Can the venture also cut chip board and other thick papers?
