Hey guys! Today on my channel we are reacting to some entitled karens making my blood boil! Entitled people posts are some of my favorites to react to on this channel, and I wouldn't be able to do the entitled topic justice unless I jumped on the entitled Karen bandwagon. Enjoy :)

Hi, I'm Charlotte Dobre. I'm an actor, reactor, singer and sometimes (not really) comedian. On this channel I do reactions, commentary and occasionally I make a joke or two. I love poking fun at social media, weddings, entitled people, tiktok and OF COURSE petty people. I upload daily, usually 7 days a week, unless life gets crazy or I get lazy. Come hang out, it's a good time.

I worked for Subway for a year and a half. An entitled woman was berating me because my hands were shaking which was a panic attack. I then snapped at her told her I am a veteran having a panic attack for how she was treating me. Her faced turned red and she she didn't speak much after that. There were 3 other people in line and they smiled and thank me for my service. The nice people gave us tips. Mentioning my panic disorder. I'm currently unemployed because I suffer from a severe case of panic attacks. Though I do get disability from the VA. I'm getting treatment from the VA and I recently joined Brave Hearts. It's really helping. I try my best to overcome it, I am making slow progress.

as someone who used to work at hotels, you often see your "karen" guests more than once during a stay, so if youve had to deal with a snotty guest and they pass by, theyll likely pass by again, giving you plenty of time to press record. i could totally see that employee seeing the guest and hitting record cuz she knew it was gonna be wild!

I used to work night audit. Dealing with tired, grumpy guests with screaming kids in the middle of the night is not fun. I understand you've been travelling for hours but just because you're tired and showed up at 2am doesn't mean you get a free night. I've had people threaten to jump over the desk to fight over not getting a free room or the fact Expedia was the one who messed their reservation up. One woman called the police on me because I wouldn't take an expired coupon. People get entitled over the stupidest shit. So idk what that guest was mad about, but it wouldn't surprise me if she was being unreasonable.

Agreed! 13 years in hospitality and currently a manager. Some guests have nothing better to do than pick fights with everyone they see and then pretend they're the victim. They seek you out once they have their sights set on you. Even had a guest try to tell on me to several other managers (I'm the AGM) and when one manager told him, I followed policy during out interaction, he'd try to find another manager to complain to who would then tell him the same thing. They just want to show their dominance. When you don't let them, they go full on psycho ex. They basically stalk you around the hotel to try to start something so they can make another wild accusation against you. The things I've witnessed and experienced are crazy.

Karen is always equipped with her phone camera, a complaint, passive aggressive insults, and a piercing voice. Her number one line of defense is “I want to speak to the manager.” If that doesn’t work they go with the “I will sue you” tactic. Lol this video is great- just what I needed today!
Just a friendly reminder that not everyone who is labeled as a “Karen” is a true Karen 😊 I was called a Karen by the receptionist at a very small hotel. The girl was very young, possibly in high school & had her headphones in and texting instead of working. I watched her interaction with lots of other customers and it was the same experience as mine. I’m actually a really patient person who tends to get along well with everyone (and avoids conflict like the plague). After trying for 5 minutes to get her attention, she looked up at me, rolled her eyes, then went back to texting & listening to music. She didn’t end up helping me at all (all I was needing was an extra set of sheets, which were kept at the front). I had to track down one of the maids later that day to ask for sheets. I later spoke with the manager about the receptionist. Later that night, the receptionist cursed at me and called me a Karen. She probably tells a much different version of the “awful Karen who tattled to her boss” to her friends 😂

Me and my manager had to tell them repeatedly that there is a difference between a Karen and someone telling you something you don’t want to hear. I sold sod and sometimes there were issues with it (the weather had a lot to do with how our product looked) and some people would call in to inform us of these problems. They were very polite and didn’t demand anything, yet my younger coworkers would all talk about the “Karen” who called to “complain”.

My first experience with a Karen was working at this pizza place. I had taken the order and made her Pizza. She asked for an onion pizza, comes pick it up. Like an hour later she calls back upset that we used red onions instead of white onions. I explained to her we've never used white onions. She tells me she is sure we have always had white onions and had ordered them before. We have only been open for a year and I've been working here the whole time we've been open. I'm an optician. One day a woman comes in with her little daughter and her spectacles which she'd purchased a week or so before. She sits down and hands me her glasses case, demanding a refund because they're "faulty." I open the case and find the specs are broken into seven pieces (an achievement). I look at it and was somewhat surprised as I'd never seen a spectacles frame spontaneously self destruct like that. Frame had chipped paint and the lenses were scratched as hell. I ask her what happened and she says, "I opened the case and they were like that." (BTW we know you're lying when you say that. Glasses don't break themselves.) I try saying that the lenses and frame are scratched and it's not like any fault I've ever seen. She gets all Karen-y, saying they are faulty and she knows her rights and is entitled to a refund. I say it's not faulty as there are clear signs of them having been trodden on, which really gets on her nerves and she asks - wait for it.... - for the manager. My manager supports me in everything I've said. She keeps up her story....insisting she "opened the case and they were like that"......until her little four year old pipes up saying, "No mummy, don't you remember you trod on them last night?" That kid was in so much trouble when she got home!!!

He kept saying he’d walk home, until this woman grabbed him and took him on the bus saying, “it’s a pound lad, you can’t walk home you’ll freeze.” My faith was broken tonight by a bus which saw me trying to run up the hill to get there, (I’m female and it’s dark and I’m alone in a sketchy-ish area) yet still pulled away. @@dudanunesbleff Well obviously, I was speaking only about the laws in the US as that seems to be where the karens are. If you're in public, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy, though (as commented above) there are places you would expect that, such as the bathroom, etc. Also, if you were to use that image for monetary gain or other compensation, that would also most likely be an issue. And getting up in someone's face to film may or may not be illegal (and then it wouldn't be the filming but the act of aggression while filming). I just shake my head when I hear people scream that it's illegal to film without permission as a blanket statement (the irony here being that the lady screaming it was also filming others without permission). I think some people confuse videos in public with the needing permission to record a phone call or other conversation (which in many US states, only one of the parties involve need to know... which would be the person doing the recording).

I had the best Karen confrontation a few months ago. My boyfriend and I take our dogs to a dog park by lake Ontario where a portion of the beach is available for dogs to swim. On that day we decided to take some coined scarves to tie around our dogs and shoot a funny video. We were all happy and laughing when a Karen comes to me and starts complaining how my dog made her dog cry and that I should put a muzzle on her. My rescue dog is a medium size dog and she is still a puppy so she can get excited and bark at other dogs but she is not aggressive at all, if she was an aggressive dog I would never take her to a dog park let alone without a muzzle. I told the Karen it is a dog park and dogs do bark at each other and sometimes end up crying just like my own little Maltese does. It was kinda obvious she saw us laughing and being happy so that's why she was trying to ruin our day. I am personally not a big fan of dog parks but we live in the city so in summer we have to take our dogs some place where they can run around off leash or swim. My own little dog is the sensitive type that cries if a bigger dog gets close but I don't go running other dog owners day because my own dog is scared. I am always around in case an aggressive dog is around, what I do is I pick up my dog and walk away instead of yelling at a dog owner. I tried to explain that my dog barks but she is not aggressive and she wouldn't attack but the Karen was insisting that I should put a muzzle on my dog. Come on Karens if you are that sensitive then don't bring your dog to a dog park. Dog parks can be dangerous if your dog is not trained to defend itself.

Luckily this one mom and her 2 kids were trying to get up and dealt with her by getting a lifeguard. Also there was a huge sign before you went up the stairs to get to the waterslides that said "Solo or Body slide people are allowed to cut to get to those slides.".

During my work shift today me and my coworker got yelled at by this lady who said I forgot to scan a 30 cent off a gallon for gas and telling us we were bad at our job. And we were being professional that whole time until she started cussing. After my coworker said she would have to talk to our manager in the morning she went belligerent and made a scene. So on her way out all my coworker said was “ Bye Karen”. Karen didn’t like that ,so now apparently she’s been recording the whole time. And she’s calling corporate on my coworker. My coworker wasn’t fazed. He didn’t one thought to it after she was gone. And that is why he’s one of my favorite people at my job. Love your content keep up the great work. Much love to you. 😁

It’s times like these (the pandemic) that bring out the worst in people. Thank god we have ways to record their shitty behavior. Especially if these aggressive ass people try to get physical. But omfg, if someone touches me or tries to slap my property out my hand, imma go to jail for beating their ass 🤣 I felt the “ya’ll too calm for me”

I've said it before, and I'd say it again, I really would love to hear from those "Karens" who found themselves on the internet - seeing the clip going, "Holy crap that woman is insane... Oh wait.. Wait.. That looks familiar.. Oh sheet, that's me?! What happened to me?!" - I'd love to hear what they felt when they found out, have they changed? Did they ever find out how stoopid they looked?

The rat censor Karen was definitely a Karen, but I thought I’d take the opportunity to explain that rat sensors can be really painful to all small animals, not just rats, birds are sensitive to it, I imagine some dogs are, and there was atleast one account of someone’s rabbit becoming very vicious and distraught for a long time before it’s death, the behaviour is attributed to the rat sensor they had in their house. Not saying don’t use them at all, just be mindful of any small animals in the area 5:48
