Quick question: when I tried to set up Vanguard S&P500 as my investment, the option I was presented with was Vanguard S&P500 ETF. There was no option for just Vanguard S&P500. Is this a suitable substitute?

I'm interested it buying stock but I don't understand it like u buy in with 100.00 then what is there more information . I have a money market and have for several years and I feel I'm just wasting my time I'm not making much off it I've had it for 4 or 5 year and I pay taxes on it but it growing slowly but i don't want to lose my money no one does i want to make more then i am i have a good amount and it's just setting there not bringing much more then a savings but before i invest i want to know how it work do u get profits and how often i hope these aient stupid questions i really know nothing and i been researching but i guess not in the right spots can u point me to some more information I'm ready to make some real money. SeedTime Money hey! I live in the UK, after watching this video I looked at brokerage platforms available here, similar to M1, and I found an app called Freetrade. Read an article on Forbes about them and they seem okay. I’m currently trying it out and investing in the vanguard, will see how it goes! God bless :)

You mention you funded this with your Roth IRA. I have a Roth account I established about 10 years ago when I was self employed and I haven’t touched it since. No additional funds were ever added. There is an annual fee with the account and it’s made and lost money over the years - give or take $100-$200 I have been wanting to take that money out of there and reinvest but do not want to pay fees for withdrawal. Do you know if it’s possible to roll over a current Roth IRA into this type of program to use that? Thank you!!
Yes. You email them your last account statement and in about 2 weeks it will be in m1.

neither, it is an index fund (comprised of stocks)
How quick does this grow in say a 6 month timeline?
You never know, it all depends on the market. Could be up or could be down in 6 months, which is why most experts dont recommend a strategy like this for short term investing, but for 5-10 year periods instead

Great video!! You could always by $100 worth of Bitcoin and then take profits off the top and buy cheaper alt coins and then watch those coins go up in value:)👍😊
Cutie4Blockchain very risky investment! i know more than one person who lost everything they put into it. Dave Ramsey also advises against it.
It worked for me and my friends because we know how to interpret the trading view charts and understand how the indicators work. If someone doesn't know how to read the charts they should not get involved with crypto

yea, I have been there before. Typically these hot stock tips coming from people who you wouldn't think would have a hot stock tip is a red flag. When the market is doing great and everyone is making money, everyone thinks they know more than they actually do ;)

i totally agree with you trading for the first time can be really tricky... if not for Mrs Stacey i would have lost a lot trading she is actually a guru.
