      Do you mean I speak too fast? or there're steps that you need more detail instruction and it went too fast?

    Presentation style is nice but I think it would be helpful if all the ingredients are written in a pinned comment or in the description. The list in the video was hard to screen shot because it was too fast 🫣

      Oh, I didn't realize how fast the list went away in this video, you're right, I'll def slow it down a bit in the future, thanks for your advice. Tho the easiest way to screen shot is to pause first if that helps. but here's the list below:
      Beef shank 2, Scallion 2, Cassia 1, Star anise 2, Ginger slices 50g, Rock sugar 30g, Sesame oil 10g, Soy sauce 100g, Shao Xin cooking wine 100g, Water 1200g, Chili 2, Cilantro some, Radish as desire
