I always found that targeting the quad sweep vs the inner quad is relative to the person rather than the stance. I think it has less to do with the stance and everything to do with where the persons weight sits on their foot based on their biomechanics. Awesome vid!
Awesome B love it no nonsense no bull just real results in effect loving all the new gym equipment you are teaching us how to use and the step by step instructions you tell us. That's why you the Champion, you ain't selling dreams you teaching us how to make them real in the flesh. One Champion creating millions more.
@@BrandonCurryAllAccess I use this variation without a smith machine. Just a barbell held into position with my elbows. It burns the outer quad like nothing else. I do them at the end of my quad workout (with a few hamstring exercises).
Do the knees stay in line with the toes or do you angle them in a bit on the leg press.. also how do you get development on the inner thighs? Thanks always for the tips and insight.
If you have healthy knees you can point toes straight up and down. A slight toe in position is used to push more through the heels with outer ward tension on the foot. I feel it more where I like, even though it makes knees follow the toe and move in a bit. It’s only slight but not totally necessary.
Interesting. Conventional wisdom suggests that putting your feet low but keeping the legs/ knees/ feet very close is what you want for sweep, whereas I'm not entirely sure that doesn't work the teardrop more? I'm going to have to try a wider stance as seen here, as I struggle with my quads which are rather flat at the sides; it's looks like a butcher has cleavered-off the beefy bit that should be there!
Yesssss. . Excellent routine. Those Legs will be a threat on stage
Love me some Brandon Curry.
That boy sitting right there is a future Mr.O I give you my word

Have you tried summersault squats, guaranteed to hit the outer quad more then another exercise hands down.
Nope but will look it up.
Ok just looked them up and I’ve used cable variations and with belt squats variations.

Can comprehend a wider stance working the lateral head of the quad . The inner quads ab / ad adductors yes

Inner thigh I would use direct adductor work and possibly some single leg variations.
@@BrandonCurryAllAccess thanks man I'm struggling in this area thanks again

How about using a band !!??? So ur thinking of pushing out while ur pressing !
Kid with the Karen’s haircut hahaha
Forget to mention that you are turning your toes in . That would work with a wider stance. ❤
🔥
can you make a workout video for corona at home? only with dumbbells and a adjustable bench and keep up the good work💪
Its very rare to see him doing slow negs or holds. Its just fast simply reps 🙂

Training partners looks like Brett Favre.
Why not Squat or Hack.
