He knows what he is doing ofc,he graduated on theme of excercise,but before he used a lot of machine work,you can see in his videos,rarely free weight,now he team up with george and he is doing more heavy stuff,im following him since the begining,the new myth,great guy :)
Don't believe everything you see in videos. You'll maybe see one new video a month from each pro. Maybe 12 videos a year out of 400 plus workouts which are not filmed. You couldn't even come close building a body like that with lots of machine work or lightweights. Anyway lets hope he does well, never seems to nail it ;)
He worked with heavy weight,used some compound movements,but not going hard so much how to say it,i know what you mean we dont see everythign but it shows on your physique on hardness level just look ronnie,dorian,jay,branch warren hard thick muscle,if he nails game over :)
listen brandon. it's a hipocracy. you won't train your lower parts of legs like that. but in the first shot of that movie you use the machine with an angle. and you thought it won't give you anything. so take sometimes less, take sometimes a lot and sometimes lift it and make your foot only work. and sometimes make it as much as you'd lift and make ttwo girls sit there.
