Sales and Marketing is the art of understanding your offering and confidently and competently educating potential customers on how it benefits them to engage. I believe that the stigma behind sales comes from the “crooked salesman” trope. The salesperson or team’s job is to use every tool available to them (design, information, soft skills, etc.) to encourage interest through a better understanding of the product that is presented in an attractive manner! In a face to face aspect (be it in-person, or digital), it comes down to having a grip on the product or service (enough that no question is too hard to answer) and presenting it with a passion that is truly genuine and engaging… but not too over-the-top and cheesy. It’s not that fine of a line to walk, but it garners results and truly is a skill that should be built to bring awareness to the offerings that the rest of the company or the individual has worked hard to produce. I love that you included this skill in your video.

Should people with the artistic mind (right brain) dare to venture into coding ? I don’t have much of a mathematical brain at all . But I am a very rational son with problem solving skills . I have a marketing, sales, and management background but I am now learning to code with Python and am trying to implement web development into my skillset!
Well how did it go?
Just watching you for the first time. I like your videos! I think there is a greater degree of analysis in your explanations.
Enjoyed the love for marketing and sales. Great vid
I’m so glad I found your channel. It’s given me such a good game plan on how to get the ball rolling with a project I’ve been thinking about for well over a year.
Where can we learn these skills ? There is so much information finding and know if the info is worth the time ,effort and money !
Thank you so much for this highly informative content Sir, I just wish I had found your channel much earlier.
I have been learning web development, video editing, and forex for quite some time now, and seeing this video right now really encouraged me to know that I'm actually taking the right steps.
Pick only one thing bro, otherwise you won't get anywhere
Like the other comment said, choose one and focus on that. Each of them takes a long time to learn and it will take 3x as long if you do them all at once. Get good at one then if it’s beneficial then learn another one. Always Focus on one thing at once or you’ll struggle to improve at all of them. Good luck bro👍🏼
@@bapehoodie7885bs with this competition out there only learning one thing will never make you stand out
@@MosesAbayomi-george thank you for your candid advice, but I'm actually focused on just two of them for now and that is web development and video editing. I just bump into forex on few occasions to pass time.
What do you think of App development? Do you think it’s as good as web dev?
100%
I probably should have mentioned it because I see it under web dev. As most apps are built on React these days.
this is my first time stumbled upon your video, all of your explanation was just pure gold. thank you so much.
I got sales down ,going to learn how to program next!
Thank you, Oliur! You are excellent in getting your messages across and I'm inspired to follow your footsteps since I already have the skills (a regular level tho) and I'm interested to take the first step to start.
UA-cam gold ,great work
I watch a lot of UA-cam channels… you are amazing sir amazing information and NO FLUFF! That is a huge selling point for me you got a subscriber 😂😂😂
I think the biggest flaw of video editing is that is extremly time and machine consuming. Also the demand is high, but so is the supply. Maybe bigger than the demand. (but the demand for good editors is really high)
What type of websites should you make to make money?
Im learning web design now and i would like to see it translate into money even if only a little. So far I've become pretty good with html and css but i know a little of the others like JavaScript, python, php, and mysql
Thank you so much for this, I know I'm in the right track but I still need to take time to really enhance my skillset in order for me to really make money online. I'm gonna watch out in all of your future videos to come, thank you!
I'm a Sales anw. And after watch this video I feel like I'm proud of myself
What video editing software would you advise learning between Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve? I like the idea of combining video editing and web design
Premier Pro for me
@@BlakesHustle How about Final Cut Pro?
in premiere pro you can do more :) @@HUSTLEONLY-kz5bf
Thanks for the info bro, keep going
Wish you all the luck in the world
You are a very wise young man! you earned my respect & honor with this one video. -Erik
What should I do to sell a website? Like What marketing methods should I use?
bruh ive been a UX designer for 8 years and then switched to "web design/freelance ux design" recently for a year but I can't find any clients.. I've probably made much lesser money in this past decade than you made in the 3 years immediately after learning web design. my question is HOW and what am I doing wrong? I think learning and working in corporate is one thing but actually running a business out of the skill is totally something else. How do I get from skill to money? Nice vid, cheers
Thank you so much, this is a high quality content. You guide me where to start to sell my skills with this video..
That creator that you were talking about that pays a portion of their pay to the editor is 'Destiny'. The editor goes by 'August'.
true marketing is really important that's why i downloaded a high quality facebook ads course
I combine AI (stable diffusion) and Photoshop skill into one services for my customer and it bring alot opportunity and new jobs, of cause money income is much better, so highly recommends designer learn more about AI to use into ur design.
What would be the best way to start with AI prompting?
using premier, davinci, coda, excel, chatgpt, canva
Well deserved subscription. Thank you
Mr.Hunk i really apologize for not finishing your dlc.
Once i get a decent computer and kind of graphic, i'd definitely play the dlc.
Hey Oilur. what would you recommend to someone who’s starting outwith all these ideas? You can imagine, someone who’s just starting won’t have the luxury and budget of working with all those editors, script writers etc.
exactly my thoughts
Down to earth, I love it. Keep it up mate.
yup, just saved 18 minutes of my time by reading the section titles, im 9 seconds into the video and i've already got what i need, which is nothing new at all and no added value, thanks
You have been an inspiration to me... thanks for all u do...
Damn, I only know 6 apps from that list in Ai / Design / Video / Data. Gonna be learning Google on SEO soon tho! 🙌
You had me in tears by number 16.
Anyways, I believe you're videos will be my daily affirmations now.
Does anyone know a course, or comprehensive video on how to learn some of these said skills? Specifically video editing

A friend of mine is a developer and he thinks he has a few years left basically...
Hi oliur, can u please share a book, course or videos to learn this things?, Btw thanks for the video
One of my favourite video of yours!
Should people with the artistic mind (right brain) dare to venture into coding ? I don’t have much of a mathematical brain at all . But I am a very rational son with problem solving skills . And I have a huge “why” which is to build a platform for those directly effected by natural disasters . All of these options sound daunting but I am willing to begin the journey to help people in need . How much time is required to learn , alongside a full time job ?
Yes, i always considered myself an artistic mind and avoided programming like the plague because i thought it wasn't for me ( im terrible at maths ). anyway, im really happy that iv spent time learning programming, the learning curve is a little steep for the first few months but if you dont give up, remain consistent and build unique personal projects then you will go far, iv been at it consistently for 3 years ( the learning never ends ) while holding a demanding job as a lead animator, learnt python, django, javascript, threejs, html and css, and i love it, its also enhanced my career.
Hey Lani, I personally am a right brained creative person, the thing about coding for us is, it will take a slightly longer time to grasp the concepts, but with practice you can definitely get the hang of it.
Its a great skill to have in the future, even if you decide to be a coder or not. I'm currently working on a career transiton from Sales to Machine Learning / Data Science.
You all guys explore Web designing or UI designing as it requires less to no coding and is more sort of you can say graphic designing. I myself learning UI designing
Thank you Oliur
Is learnign UI/UX development now valuable as a beginner in 2023?
No
What do you suggest someone like me who works 9 to 5. But i dont have a product. Im interested to learn web design and marketing. But i dont have a product.
I was always interested in coding but I need something that doesnt take so much time. Like I need a job now or a business who will pay to train employers
I love how sales and marketing js added but keep in mind that its really stressfull along being with highly earning job. In my real life experience I was really depressed and had to resign cause my period was delayed and had sleeping paralysis cause of the stress from work.
Lol
He’s talking about being good at selling your business not the occupation of a paid salesman
Gary Vee said it best: Sales is crappy marketing. Make a great product and brand, and itll sell itself.
one of the most valuable youtube video I've ever watch, I will try all of these wish me luck 💯🔥 Motivated 💯 I will go back here once I succeed ❗ try
Hey Oliur,
I found your UA-cam channel like last week and loved it. I've been watching and learning through them so thank you. I was wondering if we can contact you to maybe ask questions or just as a mentor or someone that we can go to, to ask some questions? It's just something I've been wondering. But thanks for the nice videos and all the information and advices. Cheers!
Can you combine more than one? I'm thinking of combining skills of Video editing and web design... how do you market for this - separate business's or one umbrella business?
You said its not easy being a good video editor and being a good video editor is straightforward in the same video lol
All video editors just self taught but are there like professional courses that would make you amazing at it?
Day trading, Finance! INVESTING!
Thanks bro, this a wakeup call for me😊
Where would you or anyone here in the comments suggest learning video editing?
As a UI designer I am looking to build up my presence online and then eventually sell Framer templates.
Would love to know how much money you've been able to make with Framer templates.
Can I ask, how you learned UI design? I'm looking to switch careers now and i'm super interesting in UI. Did you also learn UX?
Same Question, currently taking the Google UX certificate course but I'm majorly interested in UI and visual design. But from what I gathered the course will give the fundamental of product design
@@kunledavid1173 I've actually just enrolled into a UI Design course. Once that is finished, i'm going to do the Google UX design course. I should be equipped with a decent portfolio and skills after that
Astonishing content Man 🔥🔥🔥
Ive been in sales for 5 years have been the top salesmen in my store for all that time when from 9.60 to 50 an hour in 2 years
Have a lot of valid points there. 😊
Great video!! You mentioned that you made an online course using framer; did you use an LMS (Learning Management System), or did you build everything from scratch? Just curious what you’d recommend. Thanks!
Making UA-cam shorts channel is a great money maker right now, lots of people making 2/3k a month now that UA-cam have monetised shorts properly now!
Thank you thank you soooo much for this video.
I subbed thanks for the great content 💻
7:03 Lol that's gonna have a lot of people in trouble.

My question is it Marketing or Advertising! biggest debate that can help you make more money
