Most times I take the thermostat out I cut the centre out and put the washer back in ,to slow the flow back down, as it would with the thermostat wide open, lot of great ideas, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones

That's a good idea to keep the coolant from traveling too fast through the radiator. Thanks for watching as always. Hope you have a great weekend.

Thank you for the video from Western Canada. Power Tour has been on my bucket list for years and if I do it will be done in my 72 C10.. I appreciate your candid down to earth thoughts and the advice you shared.

These are some great tips and things to remember. I'm currently deployed, but hoping I can get my blown 70' Charger RT back together in time for 2025 once I get back!

First off, thanks for your service. Hopefully you'll get to make it next year. I'm not sure if I will make it next year but if I do I'll keep an eye out for that 70'.

Good deal brother!! Thank you. I hope to go next year. It will be our first. My wife and grandkids are doing a Ls3 swap in a 03'Crown Vic Police Interceptor I bought from the Miami Police Auction back in Feb 2016. Has 170k miles on her now. Came across a Ls3 block for $500. OK I guess I'm doing a Ls3 swap lol. Blocks built. Have a stock harness and ECU out of a 09' Yukon 2wd. Either gonna run a 6L80E or 90E trans. The 90E trans I bought is half garbage lol. That's OK. There are others. I'm a ways from getting her done but in progress. A lot of great points brother. Thank you.

@@ForsakenSteel will do. I don’t know if I’ll be taking my 1978 F350 dually. It’s an old car hauler, 16’ flatbed….nice and low to the ground. Has a Gen 7 496 bbc with fuel injection and a 4L80e with overdrive. I literally just got it running right last week. I’m in SE Wisconsin and I think you’re from Michigan?

@@daviddenman7479 I love the old car haulers when they are good and low. There is an Earl 60's Ford (I think) Fire truck near me that I want to convert to a ramp truck. I actually live in Tennessee. Evidently I have turned my hillbilly down too much. 😂

Add injured to your list of things to look forward to on Power Tour. I’m down. Not out. Bent badly but not completely broken. Humpty Dumpty Duster does power tour. 😂

Thanks man. I'm really worried about ole Humpty Dumpty Duster getting hot over time. The cooling system is all new, and we're carrying plenty of tools and stuff

I'm in Blount County but I'm not actually going this year. I'm trying to get my garage up before fall and start to build a home in the spring. I decided to set this year out. Thanks for watching and do a burnout for me.
