- This recipe makes 2 braided puff pastry
ingredients:
puff pastry sheets 2
egg wash (1egg + 2tbsp water)
sesame seeds as needed
cheese: cheddar + pepper jack 1 1/2 cups (substitute: cheddar n mozzarella)
filling:
chicken 1lb
oil 1/2 tbsp
butter 2tbsp
onions chopped 1 cup
green bell pepper small 1/2 chopped
spring onions 2 chopped
seasonings:
salt 3/4 tsp
black pepper, white pepper 1/2tsp each
cayenne pepper, paprika 1tsp each
dried basil, thyme, oregano 1/3tsp each
mustard 1tbsp
tartrar sauce 1tbsp (substitute: mayonnaise or sour cream)
soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar 1tbsp each

Instead of egg can I brush with milk
25 min to 30 min bake at what temperature 🌡?
It shows it on the video, says at 385 which is around 200* Celsius
I always do mine at 200 for 20mins and is perfect 🤌🏽
your finished dough is still medium rare...
Looks too runny
Thank you for your comment, since chicken's in a skillet it continues to cook even after it is off the heat, if I do not remove it on time it would go bone dry after baking. Would recommend completely drying the sauce when using a simple pan.
