This video is al about the Mercedes S63 AMG W221
With a 5461cc Twin Turbo V8 producing 571HP and 900NM with the performance pack.
This car is a real joy to drive and how cool the M156 6.2 V8 is
this new twin turbo V8 with just under 5.5 ltr displacement is just much nicer to drive and sounds really good it is just so powerfull
in 2009 the transmission became a MCT and in 2011 the new engine came standard the power was 544hp @5250rpm 800nm @2000-4000rpm with the perfromance pack this car has now 571hp @ 5500rpm and 900NM @ 2250-3750RPM 0-100 is now 4.4 sec what is normally 4.5. this car has also the drivers package what put the speed limiter on 300kph instead of 250kph. on the option list was also added the carbon package and the 20"forged wheels. this with this option list is almost overload. it is so full of luxury. and this car is now only a 1/4 of the new price that is almost a steal for a car like this.
a thing that i like to mention is that this car has a direct injection fuel system that also gives the car a very good fuel economy on long distance driving it car easy get better then 10ltr on 100klm

If somebody wanna know, these rims is stock from G wagon “AMG G63 style 22inch”, it never been installed on w221 🗿🗿🗿
I have looked this up before and the are oem also on this car these are also wider in the rear then in the front . A G wagon has the same wide wheel rear and front
They are way too fussy for the car's lines they would be coming straight off the car and sold online if I bought it

Which do you prefer, this model or pre-facelift NA model?
Personally, the facelift model's sounds better, but i heared there is an engine scratch problem
honestly, i owned a pre facelift AMG , and drove the facelift Amg. But the best for me is the 420CDI with a proper tune. ( fuel, air , intercooler ,turbo and software map) and of course body kitt upgrade. Didn't needed more power as it provides now. It has around 460hp more than 840nm torque) ,decent maintanance, good sound and also good mileage(not that i care). So for me....AMG is great, but never got to use it to it's full potential on public roads....Thats why i prefer the diesel. More reliable for the power and not that much of a showoff

Somewhat regrettably, my 1996 AMG W140 cured me of desiring these cars for my own use. Still love to see them, though. And the injection and ignition pause for WOT shifts? WOW! Still, I couldn't help thinking, why bother with DOHC if you just want it to sound like a pushrod? Alright, so maybe that's not very funny.
1996 AMG w140 very cool i drove a sl600 AMG last year it is also in the playlist. Very fast Cars form the '90s. He sound very good but some people don't look the pops And crankles
Last Hybrid How do you compare the comfort in the W140 vs. the W221?
I have a '91 600 SEL with ADS suspension, but it isn't fully working yet so I don't really know how smooth it rides.
is it loud in the inside, so it doesnt get annoying for long rides
The cabin is very good soundproof . So for me IT was not annoying
not at all...it's very quiet..I've had both...the S550 is soooooooo quiet..it feels like an electrical car..the S63 has a hmmmmm to it...but it's still very quiet....especially at highway speed

Check all the electronics. So all the options are Working And check the suspension. This version is much better then the w220 but still have a look overal this generation is very good. Most issues are normal maintenance issues like bad battery or suspensions bushing. Not really specials thing of that i know

I have the V-12 AMG, keep it original, it's worth more and respect of the car.
Personally you also have to respect other owners. About there choices how the setup there car. With what the like and this wheel was an option you could get from factory

You can check with you chassis number at Mercedes. Or online at a Mercedes VIN check website

i just hate how you don't use that soft close. Everybody got slaped when didn't let those dore close normaly on my car. If it has soft close , let it work. Don't be a peasant.
