- ❖ I'm excited to share with you the Desiderium version of Dark messenger! This revision includes a re-recording of the song's drums and bass guitar performed by Matteo Gallus from SounDream Studio.
The same treatment was done for the whole song which underwent substantial substitutions of most of the orchestral instruments!
This is absolutely one of my favorite tracks in the Final Fantasy saga! 🤟🏻 What is yours? Let us know in the comments and give a like if you enjoyed this version!
Dark Messenger from Final Fantasy IX is originally composed by the genius of Nobuo Uematsu who deserves the credit and value for this incredible music!

My personal favourite is "Jenova Absolute" from FF7 (though this theme rocks, too 🤟)

I always wanted to give your version of Dark Messenger two likes. Now I can! Clad in Darkness and the Elemental Archfiend themes in FF4 are some of my favorites... this week. Between the SNES and PS1 FF games, Chrono Trigger, Lufia 2, it's hard to stick with one favorite.

Onestamente, la persona che avrà il compito di fare la ost per un eventuale FFIX remake, deve in qualche modo fare conto con le tue due versioni di questo brano e, somehow, step up. E temo non sarà facile visto l’ottimo lavoro svolto qui. Altrimenti farebbero prima ad assumere te direttamente.
La tua versione precedente di The Dark Messenger era già stupenda, superiore a quasi tutte le altre renditions di questo brano, ma qua ti sei superato. Nessun’altra cover di questa traccia raggiunge questo peak, complimenti. Dalla sound selection, al mixing, sublime. Come ha detto qualcuno qui nei commenti, ci vorrebbe una extended version per godersi di più questa gemma.

Mi incuriosisce anche questa scrittura un po' in Italiano e un po' in Inglese che usi e inoltre il tuo nome/username sembra in Giapponese, misterioso!
Non so se mai avverrà un remake di FF9 però io in passato persi un treno per lavorare a un progetto indipendente che si chiama Memoria Project che ancora non si è avventura fino a Kuja Trance ma che se non erro aveva nel team alcuni sviluppatori di Square Enix che si sono uniti in un nuovo team di fan. Non ho inoltre idea se Nobuo Uematsu o qualcuno della Square Enix si sia mai imbattuto su una delle mie riorchestrazioni 🤷🏻♂️🤣

Kuja is my favorite antagonist of the villain archetype. Jack Garland is my favorite protagonist as of strangers of paradise and second favorite or tied with Kuja is Ardyn. My theme of underrated note is birth of a god from ff7. Most people know and recall one winged angel but birth of a god despite lacking vocals hits fairly hard too and could use a remix/cover/reorchestration. I also oddly prefer the crisis core rendition of one winged angel over the original and advent children variants a recover or remix of the world's enemy one winged angel variant would be cool. Thanks for this reorchestration.
