Hello Dr. Ozello, thanks for the video. I was diagnosed years ago with medial tibial stress syndrome and I’m still struggling with it. I believe that my situation is due to how I walk. I overpronate. My pain is even on both legs. I feel quite lot of pressure. What recommendations do you have to correct overpronation as an adult and stop shin pain?
