Greetings sir, i chose E learning in the studies cos my duty timing, so i study on my own without having any tutor, but now how to do the risk assessment has been a challenge and i got only 3 days to go
Hi regarding the resubmission of Not Met in the Practical Assessment I checked in the Examiner Guidance I couldn't locate the information source. Can I get the link for the mentioned details. Thanks
I passed the IG1 test/ but did not pass the IG2- and I was sent an EXAMINER FEEDBACK When I retake the IG2 test, do I only correct what is required? Or can I modify some information with the required correction?
Thank you for the information. I got refer in IG2 for just a lack of worker number at 3rd section of the risk assessment. So if I just add the number of workers and change the risk assessment date is enough right?
While Writing IG2 report with only 9 hazards in 5 categories instead of 10 will be fine or it can cause serious consequences to candidate ? although all other criterias are completely followed like part1,part3,part 4 are 100% correct as required...kindly reply
@@CompassaeLearning Thanks for the reply, I have now got this from my course provider as you stated, thanks for the help. Shame as I got 2 not met on part 3 so will be re booking. Keep up the good content.
Ive submitted my ng2 2 weeks ago, ive noticed a few silly errors. My result date is April 16th. If i were to fail, and re submit, will i need to wait another 5+ weeks for the results ?
Hello Sir, Kindly tell me if in resubmission of IG2 after correcting the not met point with regards to examiner feedback but i do not update the risk assessment and its review date according to recent exam. Is it will be reffered again or updating risk assessment date is not matter?
I entered the incorrect review date-I should have written 2025-instead of only one year. I wrote 2024, and my results are due on March 27. Is there a major issue with that? Can I get refer for that ? please reply thanks
Hi, need your advice. I got Refer in IG2 for a specific row which said NOT MET. Then I got my IG2 Rechecked, again got refer saying NOT MET for a different row this time. The exminer's comments are also different from the previous one. I have written this whole event to their complaint forum, now waiting for their response. Any idea what this could lead to ?? Thanks.
This is not correct; NEBOSH says you still have to review the whole assessment as parts you are correcting might affect other parts and they might be deemed `not met` as a result as they contradict each other. Also, the examiner will mark the whole assessment again not just parts that were `not met`.
I'm afraid I have the latest Examiner's Guidance in front of me. This can be downloaded from the NEBOSH website. It says: "When marking a re-submitted NG/IG2 risk assessments you must only mark those parts of a NG/IG2 risk assessment that were deemed ‘Not Met’ previously. There is no requirement to mark previous ‘Mets’." I do however recommend that you "refresh" the risk assessment (dates especially) to make sure it appears to be a recent one.
@@CompassaeLearning so if the previously 'not met' sections are altered so much that other previously 'met' sections are contradicted as a result, they will still be 'met'? Is that what you're saying?
@@customisedfitness What I'm saying is: only change the parts which are not met. The Examiner will only review these. Don't test the Examiner by making significant changes to other sections. Just in case.

When resubmitting do you have to change the submission date or maintain the date at the first submission?
It's good to update any dates you have in it. A good risk assessment is an up to date risk assessment.

Yes. Ask your course provider. It is their job to assist you (within the rules of course).
When resubmitting NG2 do we have to wait another 5 weeks for the results

In theory yes. But no guarantees in this life.
Can we complete the referral from another course provider. I have passed IG1 but got a referral in IG2.
Hi Rupert, I'm afraid we are not yet accredited for the IGC. We hope to launch our IGC course late 2023.

How do you get the feedback back? Do you automatically get it or do you have to request it? Thanks
@@mattwoodward5751 Your course provider has to send it to you manually

Are there any fees for having to resubmit the NG2?
The usual NEBOSH assessment fees plus whatever admin fees your provider adds on.
Can I submit a new risk assessment if I fail instead of correcting my mistakes or Nebosh is accepting that?
Yes you can submit a new one, but that just increases the work you have to do.

How long have you had to wait for the results for resubmission?

It could be referred again if it is out of date. Always update the dates so it looks recent.

Part 4 of the NG2 is not a critical section. So if you're referring to Part 4, then it should not be a problem.

Two examiners agree on one thing: it’s a REFER. Best to sort out all the issues raised and resubmit.

In my case 2 examiners have raised 2 different issues..........that's why I'm a bit confused.
