This is such a sweet build!
Appreciates it Brother. Was also great seeing you over the weekend. Definitely looking forward to the Newton Falls Run coming up! Need to get a solid night around the fire, some good conversation, and some cold beers in 💪
Excellent 🙌
Thanks! Love this new machine! Still love my old one...but this one is taking the cake.
Nice atv bud! 🤘 anxious too see u rip the mud now lol
The first rip took place this weekend...lemme tell ya! Super happy with everything that is in place! The only changes being made are with the tuning and tightening of the shocks! 😎
Nothing like a shiny puller!
Got to have that shiney shine puller 😆 I need to get caught up on watching some videos. Damn parts sales is robbing me of the fun stuff. lol. I keep seeing the pictures and clips of the new girl...looks like you are having a lil more fun sending it 😎 Fingers crossed the border opens up sometime within this year...so we can get at least one dang ride in!
@@NorthCountryBoyz I hear ya, only so much time in a day...the new machine is quite the unit!! 🤞🤞
Love the Morgan Wallen and Koe Wetzel in the back round 🤙🏻👌🏻
Two of my two favorites! Great for working on things, riding, and camp fires :-)
Nice shiny new aluminum parts! Looks like the bad boys coming right along.
I mean she’s coming. Right along. LOL
Reading the comment...I need to get back on track with watching some videos. Soon...very soon. She is definitely coming along nicely. Did the first ride over the weekend...talk about WOW! I have the new webpage being worked on right now, which will give me back some of that time, though until then I am "manually" selling products. You should see a return of my regular commenting/viewing soon my friend. How is everything down your way?
@@NorthCountryBoyz Things are going all right around here. Just watching gas prices go up thanks to old Joe!... Take care my friend!
Awesome Scrambler :)
Thanks, Brother. Feels like it has been a year since I last posted something. Everything has just been stupid busy with the new business, getting this build ready, and now here we are at the start of the riding season. Should be getting back to my regular routine here soon....hopefully! How's the riding been your way man?
@@NorthCountryBoyz We ride regularly and in our area Spring is here so snow is gone now. On my last video I ride with thousands riders for Moto Season opening at my home Town. We are getting regular rides in the woods 💪🏻
@@ATVGBulgaria Hopefully I can catch some of those videos that get put out there from you. I should have the website finished sometime this week...then I can get back to some regularity on UA-cam with everyone!
Sure r pretty clutches indeed 🤘
Did the test run on them over the weekend....they definitely perform! lol. Wish there was a clear housing cover for them though! Would be sweet to have the ability to throw in a LED and see them working! 😎
Now that’s a deadly idea I think I may have seen that somewhere on my UA-cam travels lol probably RWP
Omg those clutches are to pretty to cover up! Did you have to lengthen cables for the bar riser? Great video I love to watch someone else spin the wrenches 🙂
I wish they made a clear cover for them! To my surprise? I didn't have to lengthen anything! Unfortunately, for anyone who is CanAm wanting to run the 4-6" risers, you have to run the longer lines, though there are other risers out there, so you don't have to! Countdown is on for the website to be completed, then I can return back to somewhat normal "me" happenings, and start catching up on what everyone else has going on! I hope all is well down your way, as the riding season is well upon us, and every minute we have to enjoy it...needs to be enjoyed. Always happy to hear from you my friend 😎
YEAH BRO, THATS JUST 2PRETTY 2COVER UP...
HE((, R!DE W!D OUT !T
...l0l...
What do you plan for the Gauge cluster, and you might want to go with Direction 2 Overfenders I put them on my 2020 Scrambler and they seem to help a lot you won't stay clean but definitely cleaner they are made in Canada where I'm from but the fit is excellent. The Srammy is looking real nice congrats.
I definitely appreciate the information Brother! Yeah, there is really no staying clean on the 2020's but even a little extra does help! lol. Even with the stock tires...there was no staying clean. Now with the nators on her? Yep...cancel that thought out completely. lol. Thanks! I am definitely loving the new setup. Little delayed in getting her completed...but thanks Covid! Looking forward to getting more videos out there of her that is for sure. Also hope the border opens at some point! Living right across the border, it's killing me that I can get over for a rip!
Need some more scrambler vids
I would love nothing more to be able to edit video once again. Sadly/gladly, the business has taken over all that free time I once had to make/edit video. However, I will be forever active as much as possible to help out those in the riding community. www.ncbperformance.com is now the time consumer. Eventually, I will get back after sharing the fun stuff on the UA-cam!
Who makes the wheel set up ?, and where did you get the front bumper Did you have to space it at all? I own a 22 scrambler 1000s le and looking to do a mud build on it. Sweeet build man!
Hi John, since starting the business? UA-cam has been heavily on the back burner. Hence why my videos are almost non-existent now. If you have more questions? Feel free to send a message to Coy Hunter Brunet on FB or reach out to the business page on FB NCB Performance. Happy to help you out and answer some questions. :-)
Hey NCB. I hear the Polaris has a smoother curve on the power delivery compared to CanAm. Would an STM (and tune/exhaust) make the Polaris feel as aggressive as a CanAm with same Clutch/Mods or is the PoPo just diffetent no matter what?
Smoother, yes. CanAm's gearing/tranny is a totally different design. The wheel base is also very different. So when it comes to feeling the "torque" from Polaris to CanAm it is a very different feel. STM's will definitely make a significant difference no matter which machine you are running. I know a lot of CanAm guys that switch to STM as well as Polaris guys (obviously myself included and not just because I sell their product) because of the performance gains they get. If the clutching is setup, tuning, and exhaust, as well as air intake (I am not sure what you are running) then you will feel a significant difference with adding the STM's. Though you will want to look into adding the additional items to get the largest gain in power. If you have more questions feel free to email me. Trevor@northcountryboyz.com
@@NorthCountryBoyz Thanks for your time and sharing your knowledge
@@legowolf22 Anytime! Always happy to share an honest opinion. Though I am heavy "Polaris" in business...I can still appreciate the pro's/con's of both manufacturers.
I'm looking for a snorkel kit for mine too ( same bike as your ) do you know where I could order one thanks !! 😋😋
I went with the Triangle kit for mine. I have a video I am working on next for that install. However, with the new parts business being so busy, it's been hard for me to do the whole video thing as much as I would like. It's definitely a little different of an install for the Triangle kit vs the models it is designed for, but I did make it work :-) If you are on FB....get on the North Country Boyz group page. I will be sharing some information here soon. :-) Thanks for dropping in 🤘
hey what size tires and lift do you have do you ever get fender rub?
Sorry for the delay! Been hard keeping up with comments coming in from all directions. I miss doing the videos like I used to pump them out...but, once you start that business? It's like having a newborn baby. lol. I am running 29.5's and I just let the tire rub out the fender over time (more even than cutting it myself) as far as rub is concerned. If you are looking for nators or have questions? Feel free to call the business number from www.ncbperformance.com or email Trevor@northcountryboyz.com happy to help ya out 💪
Looking at buying a 18 scrambler 1000 xp. I’m a canam guy but want to try a scrambler as I’ve heard about the power they make. What’s the largest tire you can run stock height. Id like to try 34s wouldn’t mind having to get floor boards if they make them
30s you need to put a 2 inch lift and swept back a arms to get 34s or 32s
30's on a stock setup. Lucky 7 boards will get you a little more. Raked arms and lift kit will be the next thing. Feel free to contact us via the business. You can reach out to the NCB Performance business page or send an email to trevor@northcountryboyz.com for more information/products needed to get what you are looking for 😎
How does it perform with the new stm clutch & overall how does the bike handle
Overall...instantly noticeable performance gains! When do I say instant? Stock clutches would spin the 29.5's decently well. STM's on the other hand? Yeah, buddy!!! Definitely noticed the difference in the mud. If you are on FB hit me up on there if interested in the STM clutches. I am launching the NCB Performance webpage soon for everything I sell. You can find me under Coy Hunter Brunet 🤘
Hell yeah man I appreciate the feed back. I will be sure to look you up for some parts
hello, can I ask you a few questions about the polaris sportsman xp 1000 S?
Feel free to send me a message on them. If you are on FB. You can reach me at Coy Hunter Brunet. :-)
What spring & helix setup did you go with?
Hi Joe, since starting the business? UA-cam has been heavily on the back burner. Hence why my videos are almost non-existent now. If you have more questions? what rim offset are you running 4+3 or 4+4? 10" or 11" tires?
Hi Daniel, feel free to send a message out on FB or IG to NCB Performance. UA-cam...it was once our "fun place" before we started the business. The business now absorbs all that fun time! I need that air assisted jack for my shop! How much?
Polaris discontinued making them unfortunately. Best bet it to check Polaris Air Lift on Ebay. ;-)
Gdybyś używał dedykowanych narzędzi do modelu "S" nie musiałbyś demontować półosi..
Demontaż CVT w tym modelu zajmuje około 5min ;)
PU-52907 Ściągacz do serii S
Napotkałem ten sam problem z moim sportowcem 2017. Ściągacz sprzęgła OEM nie omijałby z łatwością osi. Ściągacz sprzęgła, którego tu używam, pochodzi od Jay Parts. Może gdyby nie było na wyciągu, wyszłoby łatwiej?
You can't even remove the screw. You can't insert the puller without removing the driveshaft.
@@jorio3769 Bzdura.. ściągacz destylowany do Scrambler S nie wymaga demontażu półosi.

Where you got your clutches?
Those came through www.ncbperformance.com which is the business we own 👊If you are on FB? Feel free to reach out to me directly under Coy Hunter Brunet.
Sadly, the business is the reason we don't have the time to make videos anymore...just not enough time in the day to make it all happen. Hopefully, in the near future that will change! Thanks for stopping in, watching a video, and reaching out Brother!
What difference did they make ?
Sorry for the delay brother. Once of the reasons I can't get after making videos like I once did...the business continues to grow. Longevity, cooler belt temps, and additional power gain to make up for the size/weight of the tire. If you have more questions? Feel free to reach out. You can call via the business number from www.ncbperformance.com or email trevor@northcountryboyz.com
What kind of handle bars
That is a kit I sell. The gauge relocate in this one is a prototype and not for sale but I offer one for the handlebar relocate. Shoot me an email if you have more questions. Trevor@NorthCountryBoyz.Com
Is the clutch bolt reverse threads?
Depending on which you are asking? There are a few bolts in this video.
@@NorthCountryBoyz it looked like you took the primary clutch bolt out clock wise. It could have been my eyes playing tricks on me lol.
Is that belt not backwards?
Backwords? No. As far as backwords? What had you thinking that?
@@NorthCountryBoyz the wording on the belt is what I mean.
Shouldnt you have the words facing you ?

Yaay first 😁
My favorite Canadian! You are first! :-) I will be first here again at some point...just need to get the new webpage done! So I can quit living on FB doing Advertising and question answering. lol
@@NorthCountryBoyz It'll all come together in time for ya.
Doing a good job so far.
How is this so hard to remove the clutch ?
Seriously, i find it insulting from Polaris. Its like they did everything in their power so that machine is as hard as possible to repair ou maintain by yourself.
Agreed...What Polaris needs to do is build a true twin...put the Clutching on the left side like the older models...call it a day. Granted, the narrow seating is more comfortable. However, I want the power/ease of servicing things personally.
