I got a little side-tracked with the install...too many people talking around me, then I forgot Andreas told me, "you need to remove that bracket", and thing went downhill from there! lol. That is just a slip. Full is not truly needed for the Polaris from the OEM setup for any gains. Tuning is always highly recommended for any exhaust. Before I sell to any customer I make sure to go through the reasons. Also all of my machines with exhausts are tuned purposely for the same reason. 👊🏼💪🏼

Love the RJWC exhausts. There are many great comparable exhausts out there. Though, none can really compare when it comes to quality, longevity, and performance. Appreciates ya stopping in! Been a great supporter of many videos! I know I don't always get to comments, but I do get some views in!

Just like my Sportsman 😎 I need to send RVS a message, "you need to make a tune for worn packing" because I don't want packing, I want straight pipe sound and action! LMAO!
@@NorthCountryBoyz Well my old HMF pipe was basically a straight pipe and then the packing went bye bye after a while. And my ears hurt after a longer ride.

@@780Aleks-AB I already do with my Sportsman. I put my ear buds in, takes care of everything, but it does mess with my talking on camera a bit. lol. Then again, so does the exhaust on the Sportsman, as it is basically a straight pipe now. Who needs packing anyway?! LMAO

Holla! I actually used the NAPA Aluminum spray to clean them up. Spray, them down, ley it sit for about 30 seconds, and quickly spray them down. I am no expert on what to use, I did it on a "hunch", and it worked well.

Things are starting to slow down, but only cause of parts problems, so I’m probably going to be working a lot after they figure that one out, dam COVID lol. You would think with everyone at home yt would be just exploding, but I guess if your at home, your layed off or loss your job and can’t afford the simple luxuries of life. Hey I have the same bike , I was thinking about putting some 28x10x12 terminator tire on it, do you thing I will be fine we the stock clutching or I would need to add a clutch kitt thanks you!!!
With the 28x10x12 you should still be fairly safe. Clutching is always a benefit, with that I would go with the QSC clutch kit, it is fairly priced and will give you the gains needed for the tire change from stock.

Do you have to put a tune on the four wheeler if you put this exhaust on?
You "don't" but it is definitely recommended for the best results as well as warranty. I tested mine out with 500 miles without a tune, I found I was running too rich, and so now I have the tune going in her. You don't want to run too rich/lean, so the best thing is to go tune, bypass the fuel controller, and do things right from the start.

Definitely beats "stock exhausts" that is for sure! It just depends on if you want "loud" or "semi loud" for what you choose for RJWC options.
How’s it handling in the thick ass mud?
It's...well...working on it. lol. I haven't really given it the "beans" per se. I have attempted some "low & slow" crawls (snorkels aren't on yet) and it didn't work out so great. I should have the snorkels on this weekend, new clutches as well, and from there the rad kit. Not having the rad kit on yet has been the biggest reason I have taken it easy, as most of the rides where mud has been, I am just asking to clog up the radiator and slow down the fun for everyone. 2021 will be the true testing season for the new girl, luckily I still have the old girl, so she has been doing the dirty work. Though, with covid, a hot summer, mud was actually somewhat limited compared to previous seasons. Appreciate the support, comment, and dropping in man
Great sound nice and throaty yet not crazy loud so as to disturb people, I can’t stand it when at a several day ride and while I’m trying to sleep people are riding around the camps with super loud pipes
The Krossflow's, they offer a lower DCB with lower speeds, but once you get on them...they open right up. That is one good thing about them. They give you the option to be somewhat quiet but also loud when you want to be. I myself, I love loud, but there is a point in which you need to respect the peace. :-)
@@NorthCountryBoyz believe me I know loud, I had a full sized 1979 Chevy Blazer with the removable roof which I had it built for show and go plus had a custom soft top built for it which really let the deep throaty melodies for the hollowed out side pipes in. Picture a built sm block Chevy with headers doing a 90* turn and then another 90* in 3” pipe into some 3-1/2” side pipes. It was so deep and loud that when I idled past store windows they rattled and my parents lived on a river 3 miles outta town could here me coming home when I’d hit the passing gear and 4 barrel when I got to the city limits. And ya don’t want me to tell ya about the stereo I had in it

Mine is the Mud Edition with the Krossflow internals...02:46 I mention the different internal setup. I just didn't clarify what it was completely as I wasn't quite sure of the setup for customers...also a dealer for RJWC so I wanted to see for myself if the setup was something I wanted/didn't want to market to customers. I am with you on this setup, as having the Krossflow setup with the Mud Edition body, truly the way to go!
