+Jysticim when swifty was bad. he's sitting in berserker stance which increased damage taken by a lot back then, when he was being kited for a long period of time. he should've switched to defensive stance at those times. swifty hasn't become bad either

Try hellfire TBC , progressive server ,blizzlike ,instant 60, no p2w , used to have lag and crash problems but really really solid right now , the script and everything ,best tbc opportunity for me , the only problem is that population in peak hour is around 400

Jake Finger Characters in vanilla and TBC didn't have A LOT of abilities, pvp was really basic on those days. I think most of them ca wreck you now, in those times PVP was way harder than now.

Yeah, videos change once a deadline has to come into play. He doesn't have the time to record and edit for months to show everything. He has to put these out every week because it's his job now. Shows change. That's not a bad thing, and Swifty still remains the cheerful, upbeat person that all gamers should aspire to be.
I'd just like to point out that the players he fought against was good at the time but would be bad now, it was a completly different time than it is now in wow. It's another gaming style than it was back then. :)

There are completely awful and absolutely amazing players joining during each expansion. Experience is not all the denotes them; dedication, willingness to learn and adapt, flexibility - those are the traits of a capable gamer, whether they played for 2 years or 8 is a mere marginal factor. You can just as well have an old gamer who's completely incompetent as you can a new one.
You know... The concept of fun is different for a lot of people. All those things you said that weren't fun are the things that made me like vanilla wow a lot more than any other expansion. Things weren't just given to you. You actually had to work for them. The months of dedication to get something in vanilla is what makes it so appealing. Because, you know, not everyone likes to have things the easy way :)
Oh I remember the good old vanilla times too. I remember always struggling with gathering enough people for AQ or MC. I remember raiding for hours and constantly coming back empty handed, fleeting moment of satisfaction followed by a crushing disappointment. Yes, good old Vanilla. God. You may be sentimental about it but it was anything but good. Current expansions allow you to have fun and accomplish something without dedicating months to it and still present a reasonable challenge with raids.

People were not used to warriors having spellreflect at the time of the video, this was Season 1 - 2. Warriors got spellreflect the first time in TBC, not many warriors could use it either.
