2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp mild curry
2 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp crushed ginger
1/4 cup Soy sauce
Peri peri sauce (optional)
1 cup onion rings
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Butter and oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
