My guess for why people forget about Dragonslayer Armor is (unfortunately) forgotten is due to how tight the bosses are in DS3 and Twin Princes probably overshadow him. Dragonslayer Armour and Dancer are my personal underrated bosses
Lady butterfly was one of the most fun bosses to pretty much learn Sekiro’s “parry dance” with, sure she becomes a pushover by the time you get back to genichiro let alone owl or isshin, and sure you can dash left-hit hit-dash left hit hit her to death but her combos at first seem fast and difficult to parry but after some practice it’s like a rhythm and I think cheesing her or not learning that parry dance with her is a big disservice to yourself for the rest of your playthrough.
I heard about abusing the AI by walking to her left idk why anybody would do that to themself either! It's a fun boss they took the experience of aWay from themselves
@ yeah you just hit her twice and dash left and she gets stuck her jump away animation and hit her 2 more times and rinse n repeat. Honestly though if you gotta cheese her you ain’t getting much farther into the game even with stinky cheeses. Except demon if hatred, fuck that guy I’ll watch him fall off a cliff every time, besides making that jump is a boss battle on its own xD
Personally I hate all the mounted bosses in elden ring. They move around way too much. I prefer bosses that allow you to constantly get you counter attacks in if you stay in their face and fight them head on.
Very good video! You are absolutely right on corrupted monk, he looks so cool and he is one of these bosses where the delayed attacks are not bothering me because they are all delayed and it flows like a dance, kind of like midra , mohg and putrescent knight. But one of the most underrated boss of all time for me is the divine beast dancing lion, he has one of my favourite character design of all time, the best ost in the game and his moves are so satisfying to dodge and I don't mind the camera honestly.
Champion Gundyr will always be my favorite. Easily the theme and moveset I recall the most after all the years that have passed between me and Dark Souls 3. Where everyone loves Gael, Friede or the Nameless King, the Champ will forever sit at the top for me.
Yo, like your videos, man I’m trying to start a channel myself and I was wondering if I can ask you a few questions since you’re in the Genesis of your channel right now? :)
tbh, i think people have been talking about the demon prince so much that he’s not underrated at all anymore, almost close to be overrated. still an awesome fight tho!
My most underrated from each game: Demons souls: Old Hero (cool and made easy by knowledge of the sneaky ring) Ds1: Gravelord Nito (cool atmosphere, and I think the added skeletons make the fight more interesting, taking damage on the fall down is bs though) Ds2: Pursuer (cool boss that I think you fight too early to appreciate) BB: shadow of yharnam (I don’t think the bosses are very good aside from the DLC ones but nobody talks about the shadows and I think they’re pretty decent) Ds3: Twin Princes (absolutely goated fight, goated lore, goated OST, I think people appreciate this fight but they don’t appreciate it enough) Sekiro: Emma/ishinn (it’s the bad ending so nobody does it but both of them are sick and I like the atmosphere of the fight) Elden Ring: Elmer of the Briar (I think he’s super cool and doesn’t get any praise because he’s not a big bad remembrance boss and you can fight him a bunch of times)
@@waltuh11121 what I’m saying is that they are the best boss In ds3 base game and a top 10 fromsoft boss of all time but I don’t think they get put in that category by most people
Pretty based list, my dude. PS: you don't have a timestamp for your number 1 boss. I'll be keeping an eye on your stuff. Really well put together for someone under 1K.
Obligatory toxic comment. Some of your picks I totally agree with. Like, Demon Prince is in my top5 if not top3 DS3 bosses (nah, probably top5 lagging behind Midir, Pontiff and NK). Logarius is DEFINITELY top3 in BB base game, dropping down 3-4 places if you include Old Hunters. Lady Butterfly was my first ever Sekiro boss, I went into memory before doing anything else , and God, I struggled, but this made her unforgettable. Monk, I thought, was in top5 Sekiro bosses, who is above him aside from big 3? Ape? Demon? Yorhm for me was always about the best NPC in the game and protecting him, while he is doing the job, upholding his promise. A peak moment. But Fire Giant IS a bad boss imho. I understand why he is there lore wise. But to fight against feet... just isn't fun. And Dragonslayer armour is just boring. It has no business being there lore wise, has nothing interesting going on. Blah.
When the game came out yes, because he’s unfortunately one of the only good bosses in the base game. I love Bloodborne but before the dlc his only contemporaries were Gherman and Gasgoine.
I think the pursuer is a very underrated fight that you do very early in the game. Had you encountered him more times and then faced him at the end of the game with a bigger moveset he could’ve been the best boss in the game

It could honestly be that. The bosses are so good overall
Great list man I loved all of the bosses in this video.
Appreciate you man 🙏

I agree with this that boss is trash
Honestly, so many people say Ornstein and Smough is overrated, it has become underrated
I can agree with that
I love dragon slayer armour, it's actually my favorite base game boss!
He is so good 💯
Fight Yhorm without stormruler and you'll have one of the most enjoyable and epic fights in the series
I think it adds an epic feel but his attacks get repetitive. Ive done it before and it is fun though
gaius is very underated
I'm not a fan and I think he deserves the hate tbh
@@SeanySalamiYT in my opinion the only major problem is the charge in the start
Someone gave me a tip about jumping with the charge attack. When I fight him again I'll report back Because that's why I hate him lol 🫡
@@SeanySalamiYT ok have a great day :)

Thank you so much! And Divine Beast is a solid boss but it drives me crazy his attacks don't have obvious tells
Champion Gundyr will always be my favorite. Easily the theme and moveset I recall the most after all the years that have passed between me and Dark Souls 3.
Where everyone loves Gael, Friede or the Nameless King, the Champ will forever sit at the top for me.
He's an awesome boss that's for sure. I love that pick

Thank you so much!!!

great video, I was expecting a big channel when I looked at your account tho😂
Thank you so much! And it will be soon 👀
My most underrated from each game:
Demons souls: Old Hero (cool and made easy by knowledge of the sneaky ring)
Ds1: Gravelord Nito (cool atmosphere, and I think the added skeletons make the fight more interesting, taking damage on the fall down is bs though)
Ds2: Pursuer (cool boss that I think you fight too early to appreciate)
BB: shadow of yharnam (I don’t think the bosses are very good aside from the DLC ones but nobody talks about the shadows and I think they’re pretty decent)
Ds3: Twin Princes (absolutely goated fight, goated lore, goated OST, I think people appreciate this fight but they don’t appreciate it enough)
Sekiro: Emma/ishinn (it’s the bad ending so nobody does it but both of them are sick and I like the atmosphere of the fight)
Elden Ring: Elmer of the Briar (I think he’s super cool and doesn’t get any praise because he’s not a big bad remembrance boss and you can fight him a bunch of times)
Those are awesome picks! Shadows of Yharnam were going to be in this video but I ended up going with the others
How the hell are Twin Princes underrated they are always on most people's top 3 bosses
It's all opinion based lol no need to be so harsh to him
@@waltuh11121 what I’m saying is that they are the best boss In ds3 base game and a top 10 fromsoft boss of all time but I don’t think they get put in that category by most people
I proudly never use parry against Gwyn so I enjoyed the heck oit of every encounter.
IM SO GLAD SOMEONE SAID GWYN IS ONE OF THE HARDEST BOSSES IN DS1 the only bosses close to his difficulty in ds1 are the dlc bosses
I thought finally someone will talk about the divine beast but
Well I don't consider him underrated so he didn't make the list lol
@ tbh maybe i just like the bossfight a bit too much because of the ost
The ost is amazing... One of the best for sure
Pretty based list, my dude. PS: you don't have a timestamp for your number 1 boss. I'll be keeping an eye on your stuff. Really well put together for someone under 1K.
Thanks man Ive watched your stuff before 😁
My #1 would definitely be Father Gascoigne, such a fun boss.
He's a great boss but I wouldn't say underrated
@SeanySalamiYT I only say underrated because people hate on Bloodborne's main game bosses.
Obligatory toxic comment.
Some of your picks I totally agree with.

I think the sanctuary guardian is also quite underrated tbh
I have no strong feelings about him other than he's a great introduction to the dlc
I love the bb glazer hate never fails to make me laugh lol
I can't help myself 😭
Dragonslayer armour is my favorite base game boss in ds3.
He's gotta be near the top for sure
"cult that calls themselves a fanbase" lmao so true
pretty good top 10
Appreciate you!!
keep up the good work homie 🔥
also I absolutely agree on dragonslayer armor being here
My man ✊
Martyr lugarius is one of the most loved bosses of bloodborne :)
Idk about that but also If I didn't have a Bloodborne boss on here I might have gotten doxxed by their fanbase
When the game came out yes, because he’s unfortunately one of the only good bosses in the base game. I love Bloodborne but before the dlc his only contemporaries were Gherman and Gasgoine.
Corrupted Monk is a chick broskie
I forget this 👀
No DS2 bosses is unfortunate
I haven't played it in a long time. It might be worth a revisit
@SeanySalamiYT yeah Smelter Demon, Aava or Sinh could've been here I feel
I think the pursuer is a very underrated fight that you do very early in the game. Had you encountered him more times and then faced him at the end of the game with a bigger moveset he could’ve been the best boss in the game
@@DreyfusLagoon he has few extra moves after he stabs you with his curse grab
They are either bad (the rotten, demon of song, old iron king...) or get the love they deserve (sir alonne, fume knight, the lost sinner...)
Gwyn is objectively badly designed, shouldve picked manus or sanctuary guardian
After sl1 fire giant is one of my least favourite fights in the game mechanically
Bloodborne is totally over rated, very mid From
U are out of ur mind
@mikeyswift2010
Er
Sekiro
Ds3
Ds1
Bb
Demon souls
Ds2
That's pretty close to my ranking
@SeanySalamiYT good luck with channel man. Subbed ! Will check out your other videos. Looking forward to Night Reign?
Thank you so much man! Yeah I'm excited for it ill do a video on it when ever new news drops
