Just came back from watching the Obi-wan Kenobi official trailer, Joel Edgerton as Uncle Owen roasting Kenobi saying "Just like his father." gives similar vibes to "Haven't you murdered enough Skywalkers already, Kenobi?" quote from this comic
This Obi-Wan story must've been around the time of the events of SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY! In that Han was about 18 or 21 and Luke here was about 14 and Obi-wan was not his old age yet.
Christopher Burns sounds like a good mix of Ewan Mcgregor and Alec Guinness, and Simeon Harris really sounds like Jake Lloyd's Anakin, the Voice Casting in this one is Phenomenal

That plot point @6:45 never made sense to me. Why would Owen hate Kenobi, and hate him for protecting them? I get his ambivalence about training him to be a Jedi, but it's a weak premise. Yea, we would rather be harassed, and killed by Tusken's, and Jabba's thugs, then for you to help us. This plot device was first brought up in SW Visions.
Good point, but they had to make it more interesting I guess. But, it really doesn't make sense why he wouldn't want a Jedi watching out for him. He shoulda just killed Owen and Baru and started his training imho, I would have wanted to put Vader and the Emporer down ASAP and I think Luke Obi Wan and Yoda coulda fucked shit up.

It’s a bit flimsy but maybe because he knows anakins entire life story and doesn’t want anything related to the Jedi near this boy
