“Put your finger in the oil, I’m being deadass” took me out 💀
Dodge/Chrysler lube tech here. Great job! There is a large plastic cover that comes standard on these that you are missing on yours, a common problem when your charger is lowered. There are four 10mm bolts that hold it up
Hell it's already too low. I took a turn a little too early & scraped the bottom & the front corner came loose. Then I went through flood waters & knocked the other corner loose.
Thanks for heads up!
How often should I change my oil on my R/T?
@@dubeast209 I would recommend an oil and filter replacement every 5000-6000 miles.
Finna do my 1st oil change on my 5.7 Daytona charger appreciate it fam this the last video of how to do it ima watch great information 👌 unsrcew it drain it screw it back change filter wit oil in screw it fill it up run for 5 reset
Bro u need to open the oil cap first
Ngga done cut his hair off
Been thinking about doing the oil change myself since I’m a few miles over since my last oil change. The only hard part is getting all the tools like the jack stands and stuff first then you get the oil. It all adds up to over $150 to do the the first oil change yourself with new tools you just paid for. I’ll give it a shot when I have more money to spare for the tools
Bro why do you got a car you cant even afford the maintenance on lmaoo
Buying the tools is a worthwhile investment. Worth Saving for
@@levijohnson7544probably was able to and going through something rn……
It’s worth it…cost me 40 bucks to do it myself
I don’t even put it on jack or jack stand, just turn my tires to the side and get up under there lol plus I get free tools and oil at my job 😂 so I only spend on the oil filter tbh lol
This is wild I was just thinking about this and how to do it and my boy got us covered fire
Thanks g you helped me out with my first oil change on my 2019 charger rt really appreciate it
Maaaannn they talking about 120 for an oil change now a days... HELL NO! Definitely doing it myself when I get home
When you hit 10k got do lil giveaway bro lil Wawa card gift or some 😂
Good shit boy love this did everything right mad ppl don’t even do they oil change and it’s expensive asf but I got the 5.7 Jeep and next time try royal purple it’s synthetic same quarts a bit expensive mopar loves royal purple and I use Fram extra guard oil filter, your charger will last forever just keep up on it and goes for everyone else.💪🏽🙏😊
Just saw SRT Len n SRT Joey pop up in my recommended i clicked there vids and saw you in them you should post cut up or just cruise vlogs w them id think itll help the channel grow but love what your doing right now nonetheless🙏🫡💯
Why didn’t you let it cool 😂😂😂 ik this old and you got the scat now but that was funny
When you took that white oil filter from Jiffy Lube off did it leak and drip oil?? Also.. why do u fill the new oil filter up after you coat the O ring with oil?
A little late but you fill the new filter with oil to help the rest of the oil circulate threw it.
Broski on his way up almost 10k damn shit happen quick soon it’s gone be 100k 💯
I feel you when that oil started comin out dawg 😂😂 I put a K/N Catch can on my shii, keep it up dawg 💪🏿
So do you go base on the milage or do u go based the the chime notification you get when you're oil life is low
i changed it when it was low but your supposed to change it every 3k
I got a GT can I still grab them same products or different ?
How often should we be changing our oil on our R/T? Especially if we are spirited drivers.
2.5 to 3k and don't bs either. Especially with our lifter problems in the hemis. Full synthetic, you can go up to like 5 or 6k, but if you drive spirited as you say, 3k should be your change mark.
Are the blocks of wood only bc he’s lowered
Jiffy lube ass will overtighten your shit. They hit one of my older cars with a impact wrench on its cartridge based oil filter and nobody could ever get it off after that smh
My oil life is in 3% right now. I need that oil change pronto
I respect the DIY but if your still under manufacture warranty or some time of extended warranty you will want some type of paper trail that you maintain your vehicle if something goes wrong with your engine that way warranty can honor your repair 👍🏿
Hair tuff bro💯
I gotta learn how to do it my self no cap😂 gangg🔥📈
My boy you look so different right now 😂😂
🐐🐐🐐🐐
Did you already remove the cover underneath the car?
yes
good shii brodie
Thanks for this imma try it myself !!
Tell me why chally scats kinda affordable?👀 was gonna get a rt charger but 16-18 scats like the same price with like 60-80k for about 6-800 a month. What we thinkin fellas 🤔
definitely grab you a chally, it’s the cheapest option if you’re still trying to get that 6.4 engine
I wouldn't buy any of these cars used bro bro, but that 's just me. Especially not with that mileage. Just get that credit up and save a lil bit more and be the first driver.
if the 60-80k your talking about is the miles on the car DO NOT BUY IT. Never buy a MOPAR with over 20-30 on it
@@geosweet_ definitely, buying used is always a gamble
Unless he nice with the tools under the hood lol@@jrip9364
Did you ever tighten down that oil drain bolt?
My car is about to hit 10k miles I can use that oil ?
Yes! Use the full synthetic brand as it will have the best viscosity and “vitamins” for your engine
How do you feel about the alpine sound system with no subs or anything added ?
It’s alright
@@345power6add 2 10’s or 1 12 with an amp, will also need some kind of signal summing device but it fully turns up that alpine system
What’s good bro bro. When I get my dodge I gotta come visit you
great tutorial
Nice great job
I wanna how much you pay in car insurance
what kinda gas you put in your r/t?
93 but 89 is recommended
Def put premium in these I just found dat out
@@jayygotit_1premium won’t make a difference.. u got run what the manual says which is Mid grade 89

👀
Saved me twin

amazon
Why did mr lorshift cut his hair
#boss
Wrong oil filter
Do the same filters and oil work for a scat??
no
I only pay 90 so im only saving 20
Let's Go!!! 🔥
easy
Talks about saving money, and blows money with bad advice. No need for Mobile 1 super premium oil. So long as your oil meets the API certifications your set. Correct about crappy filters, save money on oil Wallyworld brand supertech is fine, spend some on a good filter. Running Full Synthetic and changing oil at 3K is silly 5K interval is fine, and can be stretched if running Full synthetic. Stop throwing money away.
