    The people inside those communities are likely to be snobs with a few exceptions. If I live there I'd be one too. 😅

    Hey guys. Omg. Early post today. Look at the wonderful space between these homes. I had a septic tank at my home in the Poconos, PA. Had it cleaned and treated every 3 yrs. I had a 5 bed 3 bath and in 3 yrs it never even got 1/2 full. And we had a septic mound as well. QUESTION: if a tile roof can last 25 - 35yrs , why does the insurance companies want roofs changed every 10 - 15yrs? 🫤🤷🏻‍♀️. Thanks guys. See you at coffee time ☕️🧋🤗

      The insurance company would likely only want you to change the roof every 10-15 years if it is shingle. The inspection gives them a good idea of how much "life" the roof has and that determines whether the company will insure the roof.
