Hi Wendy, thanks for recipe and the detail you went into especially the part about grinding the dry ingredients first. That helped in getting a super smooth paste in the end. I used malt vinegar to grind because I could not make out from the video the type of light coloured vinegar you used. Can you please let me know? I think using one and qtr. cup malt vinegar made the dish too tangy. Other than that the flavours and detailed quantities were superb !! Thanks again 😊

Yes our home also it is cooked in the same manner but we put more of green chilli...and we don't add oil...we add onion directly with meat and onion cooks with the meat fat...
