@@robolandon2787 1:24 . He did not remove all screws from the back cover and trying to pry the back cover open. It is wrong. There are still 3 screws to be removed. These are present UNDER THE TOP LONG RUBBER STRIP on the back cover (the one near to the ventilation holes). Please remove that rubber strip to reveal the 3 hidden screws, remove them and then pry the back cover open.
please, I need your help my Lenovo Laptop yoga C940 (14) i7 10th Generation the screen has been shaking since a chains operation system to windows 11 even sometimes it’s off by his self
Is the keyboard riveted in place or can it be taken out? I need to replace mine, and there are a lot of keyboard replacements for sale online, but I don't think that this is something that I can repair
@@fixstudioTV Thank you for replying. Yeah, I am quite capable, but I am not a skilled technician, just fix stuff for a hobby. I think I will try, because if I fail, the alternative is still the same - replace the whole top assembly anyway. Is it the plastic melted rivets that hold it in place then?
How do you take off the cables from the hinge it's very tight
What’s the screwdriver? T4,5,6?
is there adhesive on the bottom cover? Im having a hard time removing it
No Adhesive, but 3 screws present. The person in the video broke the cover.

A piece of hard work, the keyboard is melted into the topcase. Doable, but without experience I wouldn't even start
