I would like to pass on a trick I learned in the Air force as a 20 year Jet engine mechanic. For manifold bolts that constantly heated by the exhaust from the turbo. Try dipping the threads in Milkmaneiza. That's what did for high pressure turbine bolts. I guarentee you they will come off without a torch next time.
If you want to fix the stiff top roller problem you can drain the heavy oil out overnight and refill it with some lower viscosity oil like 10W 40 or transmission fluid. The interior clearances on a new roller are small and they usually come prefilled with gear oil. This makes them resist movement. It is easy to get a flat spot worn on a new top roller especially if dirt and mud gets packed around it because it is already difficult to turn due to the thick oil they use. Top rollers should come prefilled with a lighter viscosity oil.
Again the overhead hoist has paid for itself. Also I was a little skeptic with those cement work benches but they sure seem to be working out very good.
You know its going to be a juicy project when you see the 4ft spanner extension early on, followed by the full hammer set and oxy cutter. 😂😂👌👌👌🔨 Thank you Andrew for filming, editing and uploading 👌👌👌🏴
Hi Andrew, I noticed while watching your video that you run this machine with a very flat bucket, actually it’s about where the bucket leveler kicks out. You should dump the bucket forward so you can almost see the teeth from your seat. This has a tendency to push the bucket down as you move forward, as well as putting pressure on the tracks. When the bucket is flat or partly closed the forward motion tries to lift the tracks which gives you less traction and easily lets the tracks spin. Like a rubber tired loader if you put pressure on the front tires while closing the bucket you won’t have tire spin and you can usually fill the bucket. You do nice work and you make good videos. All the best Bill W.

Even when things appear not to be going his way he still looks like he's having a good time.
Mocha Hagotdi. As CapeAir would have said it.
Andrew says " I gotta stop breaking stuff at some point..." then he grabs the torch!!! Awesome!!!
I always drop everything when you put up a new video Andrew, your videos are the 'Cream of the Crop', I really enjoyed it as always, Thanks!
You know its going to be a juicy project when you see the 4ft spanner extension early on, followed by the full hammer set and oxy cutter. 😂😂👌👌👌🔨 Thank you Andrew for filming, editing and uploading 👌👌👌🏴
It felt good to see the roller finally start spinning..
looks like track was too tight
I don't understand why it started turning? Temp change? Did he do something to it? I thought it would just end up with a big flat spot.
You have an amazing ability to persevere through difficult times.

Andrew: “Is this gonna go out or is it gonna be a problem”
Why is this so satisfying to watch AC’s videos?
It's fun to watch other people work.
He's just that good !
39k views in an hour. There’s a few reasons people really like your stuff!
The man loves to flex all the big boy toys. You've curated quite the collection.
Dang that's pretty cool with the timestamps. You can hover over the timeline and it'll say what "chapter" it's at. Nice effort!
“I’ve gotta stop breaking stuff at some point”, I say that every time I work on rusty exhaust manifolds.
cool trick with the box end wrench and the paper towel. I'll have to remember that.
I can't imagine how much work it is editing these videos. So many different camera angles and hundreds of small clips captured.
No lie I was just thinking a bit ago how nice a long vid would be and here we are
Can't wait until Andrew gets his Tesla Truck and works on the dashboard! BRUM-BRUM-BRUM WRAAAAAAA-A-A-
I have a gut feeling he's going to be very displeased with the fit and finish.
@Evanscreek Brahman , it’s a good job that AC has plenty of patience cos that Tesla Truck isn’t going to be built anytime soon as far as I can tell .

Yep. I think they've gone back to the drawing board several times on the tesla pickup, if it wasn't just for show to baselessly hype up the stock all along. I don't think it meets crash requirements in the revealed version at least. It may never come out. Nor should it. It's a joke.
No matter how much stuff you break, your dogs will still love you.
It amazes me that Levi & Cody can roam free AND stay out of the way of the equipment you are moving and operating.
@@mmi16 I had a mixed shepherd at my boatyard- Travelifts, tugs and trailers carrying boats up to 65', hydraulic cranes carrying sailboat masts, boom trucks and lots of cars- he was pretty good but I still had to get his attention once or twice a week. Andrew's dogs are exceptional.
Always a pleasure watching your channel I'm confined now and the long sleep is near.. watching you sir is priceless
I love the long videos. I always sit back and relax.
Thats cool that when you fix stuff it works after, whenever I fix mechanical stuff I'm out the cost of parts and time spent and it usually works worse after.
LOL, Mike, you'll get better at it!
Haha fix it til it’s broke!
Dear @@jfkusa123
👍👌👏😁😂 LOL
Best regards, luck and health.
I heard that exhaust ticking and was happy when you put a gasket on there. Still seems to be leaking though. It's always entertaining watching Cody interact with you, especially when you are on the ground working and he comes over to play with you!
Sounds like one of the exhaust ports on the manifold.
Your ability to think critically and solve complex problems is truly impressive.
I like the fact that he's not afraid of hard work and never has a bud light in his hand!

Oh yeah, the forgotten wire. Never fails.
Its first April and Andrew is just not messing around, pure simple and awesome content, without jokes. This is why I love this channel and everything you do, please keep uploading, I watch many youtubers from games to wood working but you are far the best! Best wishes form Slovakia.
Your positive attitude is truly infectious.
You should create a magnet attached custom rear view mirror which you can put on any of your toys whenever needed too, so you don't have to brake your neck every time Cody's around.
Thats what I appreciate about you, Andrew, you're never afraid to get out the torch.
Wow, Takeuchi? Can't wait for that review.
Way to keep them coming, Andrew. I seem to learn something I didn’t know that I wanted to know, LOL
Haven’t laughed so hard brother until I heard you blowing them flames out 😂👍💯
I like your "Repair" videos the best. You're just amazing, Andrew
Your resilience in the face of adversity is truly remarkable.
Your ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically is truly impressive.
Cody is a very concerned and observant helper! What a good boy.
He learned from the best! XD
I play a mental game of "Who's the bigger truck?" between Andrew Camarata and Diesel Creek each week.
This week: Andrew is killing it with the fire and the "I gotta stop breaking stuff at some point."
I did like Diesel Creek before he started coping Andrew's and Vice grip garage style and phrases
Sounds like your exhaust manifold gasket went out with the additional back pressure created b the muffler. Great videos!
All this nice shale you're getting from the hillside seems like it would be perfect for your muddy road up the RV / trailer.
This is so satisfying to watch. Thanks for taking the time to film it and take us with you along the way.
tks
You have a remarkable ability to inspire others to reach their full potential.
33:55 so glad to see you wearing eye protection while changing that oil. Just a few days ago I was changing oil as well and it splashed right in my eye. I was lucky not to get blinded or something by that. Learned my lesson for sure
Yeah not enough people take their hearing and eye protection seriously. Especially as a content creator it's important that he does. Another piece of advice my master carpenter uncle gave me is don't hit stuff with your hand (when he hits the wrench with his hand). That's the sort of thing that will add up over your lifetime. All of us in the trades will already be beat up enough.
Your positive outlook on life is truly infectious.
Hey there that wiring diagram placement is epic good job well done brother 😎🔥
"What are you doing, Andy? Andy? Andy? What are you doing? Andy? What are you doing? Is me standing right here helping, Andy? Andy? What are you doing?"

Andrew is like a machine. He doesn't stop working.

“ I gotta stop breaking stuff at some point” Words to live by
Famous last words in my garage!
Man I just love how theres timeline titles or whatever you want to call them. Makes it so easy to know where you left off. Where you want to go to. More tubers need to follow your lead Andrew
You have a unique ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively.
I would love to know how thick that workshop floor is. I have been watching Andrew's videos for several years, and he has driven all kinds of tracked heavy equipment into the workshop with absolutely no ill effects at all to the floor. As I have come to know Andrew, I would be willing to bet he over-engineered the hell out of it
