From what I can really say is we just only stick to simple skincare with cleansing toning moisturising and sun protection (morning only) as otherwise it can affect our skin barrier very badly. I know it’s easy to get hyped when influenced by someone digitally but actually they all consult dermats and propbably only use very little of OTC medicine or creams nothing negative just a general advice that we should only stick to simple skincare and don’t mix too many products..
