Fresher here. So after face wash, we apply serum and after that, immediately we hv to apply moisturiser on that or do we have to wash the serum first🤔 And how much time should we apply serum + moisturiser for🤔Can we go to gym applying this🤔

I have oily skin and i choose simple face wash, plum green tea alchahol free toner, plum vitamin c serum and ponds light weight moisturizer, and fixderma Or aqualogica pink sunscreen. And i came to know that some ingredients should not be used together. Like plum toner has glycolic acid and it should not be used with c serum. Can somebody who knows about this please reply?

This is literally the most real beginners skincare. As I am following the same steps (different brands) and it is working great for me. Minimal and easy to follow everyday.

One brief advice "watch what goes into your mouth, your skin will thank you for it" skincare should come after eating clean. Doing skincare alone without watching what goes into your mouth will lead to frustration. Your skin won't suddenly get better because you are using 15 products but it will definitely get better if you eat well even if you're not big on skin care. It took me long to realize this.

Simple hydrating light moisturizer caused total disaster to my face. Used it for 3 days. Its 3am and my rashes are still itching even after I stopped using it for last three days!! It doesn’t suit everyone. Now I'm literally scared of buying any skin care product. Because when I used to put nothing on my skin it was better. I just wanted a golwy look🥺🥺😭

Before trying you should always do patch test( apply it on your neck area and wait for 1-2 days)

Some tips:-
ALWAYS wear sunscreen even if you stay inside all day.
Try to get a sunscreen that has a spf of atleast 30 or over so it can protect you from both the UVA and UVB rays.
Use a silk pillow since it gives you healthy skin and hair.
Try soaking some rice in water for atleast 30 minutes and use a separator to get out all the dirty bits in the rice and throw in some lemon skin on the stove. Then wait for it to cool and use it on your hair. (I dunno if u can also use it on your face or not)
That's all the tips I could think of! Anyways hopefully this helps!

Hey you should try the Derma Co. Creamy face cleanser. It is very mild and suits dry and sensitive skin. Cleanses the skin while being very moisturising. It is fragrance and soap free too :) Hey you should try the derma co ultra matte sunscreen gel with spf 60. It suits oily skin really well. Has no fragrance and doesn’t irritate the skin. Absorbs easily leaving no white cast. Protects from the harmful sun rays
