elvsvgs1 In Direct Current (DC) 24 voltage system, ground wire also called it Battery negative. Because DC voltage battery negative is considering ground to unit. If you remember when you works on your car they said to disconnect Battery negative. Why? otherwise you will ground yourself and happen to touch battery positive will shock or even kill you. Yes replace ECR sensor will somtimes fix problems for run slow. But the real problem here is the 48 pulse sensor red and green wire broken or short. If can't be repairs wire will replaced motor winding will fix problem. Check out the end of the video. what you call the ECR Atlas calls it a speed sensor and the ECR looks nothing like what you call the ECR, the other thing is you show the green jumper wire that you said is going to the so called ECR, but seconds later you grab the heat sensor wire and go back up to the splice and now say this is the wire grabbing the green wire splice, go back and watch your own video and you'll see what i'm talking about, anyway you should of mentioned that the heating wire sensor sometimes breaks right at the black cover where the 3 heavy black gauge connect right at the point where the wire comes out, that was my problem for the wheel turning slowly in either direction and gave me a code of #329 .

Take any jewelry off before working on any electrical.
Just replace the conectors at the green wire and the brown wire and the code will go away
you say to different things about the ground wire, so did you repair the heat sensor or speed sensor.
