The property is absolutely gorgeous you guys! I love all the antiques! You both did an amazing job renovating and decorating this home! Love all the branding of the villa’s name on slippers, towels, etc…adds that extra touch of luxury! I might have to look into staying here on my next trip to Lucca!

Ech dom marzeń . Piękne położenie , zieleń , góry , strumyk , jednym słowem bajka .Lubię wnętrza minimalistycznie wyposażone wtedy mam wrażenie że panuje ład . Te belki stropowe dodają atmosfery i rustykalny styl . Dla mnie w takim domu najważniejszy jest taras , gdzie można po przebudzeniu się wyjść na świeże powietrze .
dziękujemy bardzo, jesteśmy bardzo podekscytowani, że w końcu możemy się tym podzielić i udostępnić światu! Zgadzam się, że uwielbiam porządek i minimalizm. Przestrzenie na świeżym powietrzu tutaj są niesamowite i zgadzają się tak jak ty, bardzo ważne. Większość czasu spędzamy poza willą niż w niej :)

Please explain: is this your property and you are managing it/renting it out to guests? Are you a guest there yourself and you are advertising it? I am a new viewer, I am trying to understand what I am watching because I love those videos from Italy. Also, a personal question if you permit it, but just to understand those vlogs: are you two ladies a couple? Are you good friends, single ladies on holidays in Italy? Are you professional partners who manage this property or the owners? Are you relatives (sisters, cousins)? I am trying to get into the context of your vlogs. Maybe you do a q&a session for new viewers to help us adapt to your content? Thanks anyways, all the best!
I’d like to know about the villa too! Like do they own it, is it a family property?
I’m a new subscriber too and I did ask Alessandra on here how she knows Stephania and they have known each other from school at age 11 and that’s all I know. I have asked to know more about their great relationship as they seem so close like sisters which is great to see ❤ but so far they haven’t posted anymore information or a Q&A which I know they said they were going to film.
I think we all don’t know the context of the videos sometimes so just want more information about what we are watching xx

Just beautiful I am so proud of what you ladies have done with this property, in the beginning I thought it was just a random Villa you were visiting. Only now to be pleasantly surprised by your re-designing and decorating. It is lovely and I wish you all the best. I’ve been watching your channel for about a year now and I love Amalfi I go there every summer and stay in Ravello for about a month. You always bring me back to to these fond memories of this time. Thank you so much for sharing your journey there and in Lucca as well. I would love to rent the Villa, but it seems I need to bring friends and family with me. Gorgeous property!! So many bedrooms and bathrooms with big beautiful showers. I love the pool area which especially nice at night. Looks like paradise. 😊
Thank you! Yes it's 8 bedrooms, sleeps 12 and 8 bathrooms! The pool area is a sanctuary, it's my favourite place to hang out! I hope we can host you one day :) x

Yes the property was purchased 7 years ago and was a fixer upper! Thank you so much a lot of love has gone into it and it's a truly special place :) Yes absolutely how can i help? Where are you thinking to purchase?
We were in italy this pasted September. Rome , Pompeii Capri Sorento Positano Amalfi and of course beautiful ravello now we are going back again this September and we're going to Bologna Parma Venice lake Como lugano portofino Cinque terra. I could probably answer that question as to where when we come back from the next trip. But so far I love the Amalfi Coast I love being near the beautiful sea.

Hello! Yes the villa has air conditioning and shopping in Lucca center is a 15 minute shop. Local shops are a few minutes drive x

Do you own this property do you own this property did you buy it? Are you managing it you need to make it a little clearer to everybody are you advertising it for other people to come and rent or do you own it you need to be a little more explicit so we so we know
I absolutely agree with you! i had a small window to film so didn't go into as much detail as i would have liked. There will be more videos to come so this feedback is great thank you. We have had this property for many years and it has been our home from home in Lucca. Now we are renting it out as an exclusive use venue. The nature is beautiful. ❤A❤l❤e❤s❤s❤a❤n❤d❤r❤a❤ is beautiful. The house is very well kept. I would like to meet the person who does the cleaning. They do a wonderful job! ❤S❤t❤e❤f❤a❤n❤i❤a❤ is beautiful. The house is beautiful. Whoever cuts the bushes does an excellent job. I hate trimming bushes. Makes me hot and I sneeze. I can't complement the house enough. You have an outdoor couch? Is it water poof? I don't know why I wrote all of this. I could of just wrote beautiful, and gone to bed.❤
Villa Baloccaia is engulfed in nature that's my favourite part! Thank you :) Absolutely let me introduce you to....... Stefania and Alessandra! We clean the house! Stefania shays thank you too :) The gardener is brilliant! I trim the bushes in London there are much less than in Lucca, it would take days! Yes all the outdoor furniture is waterproof! I appreciate all you write and am also thrilled to receive you lovely comments :) Thank you and sweet dreams :)
@@alessandrarosa I wouldn't have the energy to clean all that house. I just got a tiny space I do most of my living in, and I only clean it once a year. In one of your videos I saw Stefania dancing with a broom. Tell her I think she should research the Ireland Broom Dance, or Irish Brush Dance. Today I washed my car, and threw down big heavy firewood down a basement window. I am tired! 🥰

@@alessandrarosa When you look it up on youtube, you will find some videos of some people doing that kind of dancing. You and her can decide if it's like what she is doing without knowing it or not. Either way you will learn something about how to broom dance. 🤣
