Try a denim needle. If that doesn’t help you vacuum your machine or send it in to be serviced. If that doesn’t work, I switched to Glide thread. I have 2 machines a Zeal Baby Lock and a Husky Viking Epic 90q which I just got. Huuuge learning curve and it was a trade in so the cost was more reasonable. I’m a newbie so I’m going to look into the foot she uses as well. Have a great day!
