    Just like the Supra x 125 engine, but there are different oxygen sensors and the footstep position is no alternative ... and this video is very useful, because I use a motor with the same engine, good

    I don't understand what's with the hand sign and what is "jump". Should I let it jump for proper timing? Or stop right before the "T" mark? RS 🇵🇭

      In theory the line marked T should line-up with the slot in the opening located in the engine left cover. The alternator magnet does not allow standing on this position (It"s "JUMP"), sometimes I stop just a little before. a little bit. Sometimes I do manage to get the line to line-up with the slot. Regarding the valves adjustment, It"s must be aligned OR very very close to it.
      Regarding getting back the camshaft-sprocket to his place, I demonstrated both options 1.LINE-UP / 2.JUMP:

      @@MyINNOVAMotorcycling thank you for making it clear. I had this problem going on with my XRM 125 after decarbonizing, I let the flywheel slide (jump past the T mark) and align the cam sprocket to the mark on the head, it must have been a retard timing that causes the engine to stall in low RPM and sometimes when shifting to lower gears.

      An error in installing the sprocket, or an error in valves adjustment, both can cause serious damage to the engine.
      Engine that stall at low rpm? So maybe it's a problem with the fuel supply, maybe a problem with the plug, or with an air filter (clogged), maybe a clogged catalytic converter, there is much more than one option for the problem you describe.
      Feel free to contact a qualified mechanic in your area of residence.

    Boss sa pagtanggal ng engine cover kailangan bang alisin muna ang oil? O kahit hindi na

    • @MyINNOVAMotorcycling
      @MyINNOVAMotorcycling  3 роки тому

      Yes, you needs to drain the oil out.
      Oo Tingnan ang na link, kailangan mong alisan ng langis, at i-disassemble din ang gear lever[Isinalin ng Google]

      I do not know, I realized there is a lot of similarity in engines, maybe 1: 1? But I'm not sure.

      There is the classic situation, when you manage to stop the magneto just before the slot sign. There is the second situation, with the Magneto bouncing the flywheel. In both situations I showed how it affects the camshaft position.

      @@MyINNOVAMotorcycling hi, thanks for the info, I appreciate it.
      My Chinese clone of wave 125 default timing situation was like type-a when T sign is in the correct position, I couldn't manage flywheel & timing chain in the same correct position, should I open flywheel/magneto & try to arrange it by myself?
      My motorcycle producing tik tik noise after some short ride then it won't stop until I let it getting cool. I feel a little vibration by my foot too, it was worse before I try to arrange timing chain by cylinder top position.
      Thanks

      "when T sign is in the correct position" is Type-B (NOT Type-a) 5:24
      Do not disassemble the flywheel, the adjustment is made with the sprocket of the camshaft 5:37
      Disassemble the sprocket-camshaft and advance it with one tooth forward or backward, or whatever is required.
      If you are unsure, feel free to contact a professional mechanic, a small mistake in the correct position can ruin the engine!!!

      The sprocket sign stay up or down of the body sign, never goes equal, something like chain's holes are not aligned. I mean it's always like type-a.
      I asked some local mechanics but they said it's normal & refuse to solve it. it's a brand new motorcycle.
      What I think is engine getting hot because of wrong timing & this affecting camshaft and it's friends which produce vibrations & noise. Am I right?
      Any solution I can try?

    • @mostafazarghami2682
      @mostafazarghami2682 3 роки тому

      I thought I can disassemble flywheel & reinsert the timing chain, the chain's holes doesn't allow to align sprocket.
      Or align sprocket-cam & re align flywheel by re installing it again

      And YES, sometimes you have to spin two more rounds, hoping that this time you will be able to stop in the right place. Try removing the plug, it helps the process a bit. It takes a lot of patience until it succeeds, sometimes even more than two attempts.
