- Shane O'neill and Mike Mo Capaldi go head to head in the finals of Battle at The Berrics 5. who will be continuing on to the Championship Battle for Team Berra?
The fifth installment of Battle at The Berrics pinned Eric Koston and Steve Berra against each other not in a game of skate themselves, but team against team. Both Koston and Berra selected a pristine team of 16 of the top skateboarders to go head to head in what is now known as Battle at The Berrics 5: Team Berra vs Team Koston.
Team Berra: Chris Cole, Shane O'neill, Nick Tucker, Boo Johnson, Mike Mo Capaldi, Matt Miller, Nyjah Huston, Kevin Romar, Cory Kennedy, Jimmy Carlin, Ryan Decenzo, Billy Marks, Theotis Beasley, Ryan Pearce, Ronnie Creager, and Sebo Walker.

***** Well, impossibles are spun with your foot, not caught. The easiest way to explain that Mo trick is to call it a 3 shuv with an early catch, so to me it's just a 360 shuv done a certain way (just watch it frame by frame and I think you'll agree).

mike mo's 'ff impossible' is basically how sewa kroetkov does his 360 pop shuv. it looks a little more fancy but it is waht it is, a 360 pop, nothing more. If he wants to do a front foot impossible he should wrap it with his front foot, which he doesn't do

Not really, Sewa's foot stays flat and above it the entire time. I noticed people always say the same thing about that trick. In Mike's slow mo for the Berrics he does one and it really shows the intriquisies in the trick.

Late flips are fine. I thought that "front foot impossible but inside", that got Shane the A, was bullshit. The board didn't make any contact with his front foot before the catch, so it was essentially an impossible but having your feet slightly different way in the air. Shane should've been allowed to do just an impossible. And then Mike-mo followed with a trick named after him, so you can definitely call it dirty.
Tillipillihousu that is the front foot impossible... or you can call it unpossible or vraimenpapossible. its a impossible and catching with ur front foot. its impossible to make the board spin arrond your front leg...
Those two are my favorite skaters.

+Jim Gannon yet another person to complain about how one wins in a game of skate even if it was ' within the rules'. You play to have fun, and show what you can do to win against the other guy. When you play someone random in the street, most of the times they WILL know a trick or two thats really weird or uncommon and will use it to get a letter, especially if you know you cant get the guy by simply doing standard tricks. Both these guys are pro and nowadays they can usually all do pretty much every trick and youll need to pull out the uncommon weird ones or nothing with ever happen.

Its like people forget its competition, its not a friendly game of skate, you have to do what you can to advance to the next opponent, and if you found a weakness in your opponent you're not supposed to use that to your benefit!? shit hell yea you are, because you know thats what your opponent would do too especially as a last move becAuse its a competition and you are trying to show who is the best and who can do all the moves when prompted! Also there is usually a shit load of money to win as long as advancing your career.
