These instant ramen bowls are so impressive to me. They really look delicious! I always think it is a good sign when there are so many little packets inside the bowl to add to it. I am also so intrigued with the char siu slices! I suppose it is possible to freeze-dry anything, but somehow that surprises me. Thanks for your videos, Shinichi and Satoshi! They are so enjoyable, and I look forward to Part 2 of these premium instant ramen bowls!
Philson Just go to Asian groceries that have a large selection of ramen. You'll most likely find the ones they show in these videos because they usually feature commonly sold ones (like from 7-11)
Oh no, I think I've been doing it all wrong, I've always put all the favour packets at the same time as the hot water thinking the noodle will soak up all the flavours while it's cooking. Btw listening to you two are sooo soothing feel like the warmth of those delicious ramen soup infiltrating my body.

I think this would be great to go to 30 famous restaurant in tokyo and eat what you ever want to eat and the people who comment it would be also a part of it. I am the first I have some ideas: Ichiran ramen, Kagurazaka Hanten, Mayokichi, Hashimoto Eel restaurant, Ain Sophie(Vegan restaurant), Maid Cafe, Freshness Burger, Yoshinoya, A halal restaurant of your choice, etc. maybe i will find some more places
Santouka was my favourite ramen shop, they have a chain in downtown Toronto. Most ramen chains in Toronto stopped doing shio except them, do it the best

I just ate ramen at Santouka in Costa Mesa California last weekend! I had told you I was going to Mitsuwa Marketplace and that's what we ate!!! It was good, the broth was very complex and delicious!

Salt Ramen is said to be one of the very first Ramen ever created. All they had nearby with salt to season the soup. Flavors didn't start to arrive until a bit later on. This would be homemade Ramen & Shop Ramen not instant they didn't have instant back when I'm talking about.
I really wish we had ramen readily available at convenience stores here in the US. I only ever see the cheapest kinds. They are finally branching out at Wal-Mart but still nothing as delicious looking as what you've got here.

Ramen without pork is hard to find. However there is Paitan, which usually is only made with chicken. If it says Paitan on it, it's usually just chicken. You can also sometimes find fish-based ramen but you would have to read the labels.
