yeah they got great customer service... i got a bg10 and i wanted a twist throttle but none of the ones on amazon would work... so they made one and only charged me for shippping... so cool...
I ordered this bike and just got it today. I will say it is a beautiful looking bike. Much bigger than my Rev1. Unfortunately it didn’t come with rear bracket to put on the rear fender and was missing a screw for the front fork axel. To top it off once I got everything assembled and the battery charged up the bike wouldn’t turn on. I’m no stranger to e-bikes or electric longboards and double checked everything and it’s just a paperweight at the moment in my living room. Hopefully things will be resolved soon otherwise I will have to return it. It’s a shame because this was going to be my cruiser for work and I took a day off to sign for this bike and time to put it together.
Well I've had all kinds of trouble with mine including a very very loud motor bgx says that's normal cause it's high power motor hell my 8000w qs motor is quite compared to bgx and they put the cheapest parts they could find outdated controller with very few adjustments fenders are garbage shocks are garbage all the parts nobody wants are on the bgx it does have 2 good parts the handle bars and grips that's it
I just got my bigniu bg x the bike runs great other than the Rattling in my Back wheel I heard of other people having the same problem I was wondering if you have had the same problem with yours I think that thay didn't tighten the spokes on the rear wheel

Hey did u take the tank name stickers off? I got my purple coming Tuesday, I want to do all purple and black, was gonna throw some black tank stickers on it, and that emblem on the sides, be much easier if they came off, or I'll have to just go over them.
Wow, cool bike. I would ride this in the summer. But it's a pity that it's too expensive for me. Who, if not, would have given one of these for his birthday on May 10th. Then I would splash with happiness. But given the political turmoil between countries, one probably won’t be sent to Russia.

Mine is also making the same noise. Only when using the throttle. As soon as I stop giving it throttle, it goes away...
