Hello. I unfortunately had my bike fall over this morning which resulted in the left handbrake screw with the sphere on the end to break off and bend. Do you guys normally send more of these screws along with the bike ? And if can I order some from you guys

I purchased and assembled the bike, but have yet to charge the battery out of fear. I was told by a friend who knows about electronics that it's dangerous to go 40mph on this bike. it's risky for the battery overheating and exploding. The battery says 1612Wh when it should be MININIUM 2000Wh. 3000Wh would be real peace of mind. The battery number should always be double the motor. The motor is 1500W brushless, so the battery should be 2000Wh minimum. 3000Wh ideally. Do you have an updated safer battery for this bike?
First of all, you have a miscalculation, our battery is 1512Wh. Secondly, battery overheating depends on the discharge current. Our discharge current is in line with the motor working current. The battery capacity only determines the mileage, not the power.
@BIGNIUE-BIKEOFFICIAL I pray I'm wrong. I plan on riding it to work every day (9 miles each way) from Queens to Brooklyn, going 30 mph, and no peddling. It's a beautiful looking bike. I'm praying it's a good motor. Tomorrow will be my first day. The battery came charged, so I'm just going to put it in and go. If it's as good as it's supposed to be, I will be your biggest supporter.

I just got this. Rides well, something about this bike. I seen just one short video about the P6 error and how to fix it. My question is this, other than that individual show how to do it, have you got into the menu and understand all the settings and what not? If you have, can you make a video explain it all? I’m just curious what everything is. I understand how to get into the menu. I just like watching something before diving deep into the menu.

Can somebody tell me why you have to tap the brake or pedal to activate the throttle after not using it for a few seconds...? That shit is annoying, and is there anyway to disable that? Also, where the hell is the manual to see the program options of the speedometer?!

Id love to buy one but its expensive as hell, i just need something i can get to and from work with bec i ain't got a motorcycle license. If i could drop 1300 on it id buy it in a heartbeat but 2000 is a huge price considering the little i make currently. But i heavily support your design man, no other like it and the ones that are like it are higher priced.

Why we have to replace the main line
Some customers reported that our BG10 had a 02 error code. After our analysis, it was the main line that had a problem and needed to be replaced to solve this problem.

@@BIGNIUE-BIKEOFFICIAL for starters, 250w is the maximum motor power allowed. It should be limited to 25 km/h without the possibility of removing the limitation. However, if that's possible, I'm pretty sure this bike will sell like hot cakes.
