Thank you Online Cook. I love your recipe because it's the only one I could find on UA-cam that actually fries the sauce to the authentic Togolese crumbly texture. Most finish with it looking wet instead of crumbly dry. Thank you for sharing
Wow this is cool, but I watched another video, and I noticed ginger and garlic and was added, but in yours, it wasn't added I would like to know if it's a must or just a choice
Hello Ayomide, I burnt mine too at my first try. The secret is not to have the heat on too high, medium to low is better so that it won't catch (burn) towards the end. Also don't leave it and keep stirring like every 5 mins. I tried making it a second time following the above guidelines and it was delicious. Also remember that it is still frying after you turn off the cooker so still keep on stirring until it finally stops frying.
But why would you add sugar to the beans? That's something l will pass on when cooking mine. We all know sugar is unhealthy. Even, if you should add sugar it should be brown cane sugar which is healthier.
Well done, yummy yummy
Thank you, you are very kind

I would like to know if it's a must or just a choice
It is a choice. And it does taste nice with ginger and garlic too
I have tried it is fantastic, but I mistakenly added fresh shombo
Yes, even with fresh shombo, it will still taste well. Thank you for coming back to leave your review.
Saw you on fb, came here to find you. I love your content so much i would love to collabo with you.

Thanks for the class...it's helpful.
I am surprised at the sugar ....I guess that's what is done out there..
Anyways, I think it's optional
Yes the sugar is optional
My wife find it difficult to believe i made this stew, it was perfect with pomo and egg
That's great 😃
Pls must you use sugar??
If I don't have an electric blender what can I use to blend the pepper
If you are in Nigeria, you can take the pepper to commercial pepper blender to blend for you with their machine.
What if u don't have blender....
If I use ewa oyin do I need to add sugar?
Sugar is strictly your choice
So I tried the agoyin sauce today and it burnt 😭😭, I’m even scared to eat it 😭 since it has to be black

Good observation

Your opinion about the sugar though but it's so unnecessary
Sugar in beans haba.!
I take it that you have also not heard about sugar in yam
But why would you add sugar to the beans? That's something l will pass on when cooking mine. We all know sugar is unhealthy. Even, if you should add sugar it should be brown cane sugar which is healthier.
