I've got to admit I overaired my 180mm 36 Fox Talas Forks six months ago and I feel so much more cushioned, and my Fox 2s rear shock is even better Doug because I found a dial at the top of the shock that slows or speeds the rebound and that's now set Perfect! Great Video!

I’m just glad I could share it. I was about to do the thing that most videos suggest by lowering your psi and setting the sag to 30% to get a “better ride”, but the way this guy explained it made way more sense to me. Now I just gotta get out and test the theory 😎

The way I generally set up how many tokens is that you should when at the correct sag be able to compress the fork by jumping on smashing your body weight to about 80% total travel however this doesn’t effect how plush it feels just how easily it is to bottom out. Sometimes the rebound affects how harsh it is as the fork cannot recover fast enough to be at the top end of the stroke where it is most supple. I do agree though that I find my sag is generally about 10psi above what they suggest.
