Well spotted. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say (or, in retrospect, even feature it in this video); however, what I will say is that it’s a new synthetic jacket that’s coming out later this year. We’ve got a couple on long term test, one with me down in the Peak District and another up with Dan Bailey, our Gear Editor, in Scotland. We’ll have more to say once it’s officially launched. In the meanwhile I’ll await a strongly worded email from Mountain Equipment asking about why it’s been featured in a video before it’s actually available 😅

I'm afraid it's classified for now, an unauthorised leak from the ME skunk works department..... more in the Autumn but it's worth the wait!
