BISCUITS INGREDIENTS
3 cups (400 g) of self-rising flour
1 1/2 Tbsp (15 g) sugar
2 1/2 cups (625 g) Greek yogurt
*bake at 475 °F / 246°C or 12 to13 minutes

Hello everyone, I forgot to mention these are best eaten with in 6 to 8 weeks after freezing. I once ate a sausage biscuit after having been frozen for 3 months and survived. 😬 It also depends how well you wrap and store them. 😊

You've given me so many meal ideas since I found your channel a couple of weeks ago. I sometimes have to make substitutions, as it's hard to get traditional Mexican ingredients in my corner of Wales, but everything still turns out delicious.
I am going to make these biscuits, and see whether they make a good substitute for scones, with jam & cream 😋

it gives it a rustic look which i like. i just recently started making greek yogurt a versatile ingredient in my cooking, i find it to be very useful in most areas, random- its because of you, i dont make a roux for my macaroni and cheese and its always successful, love the meals, keep em coming
