3. Aphogee Moisture Rich.
Okay girl come with the list!! 🥰
How have you been? I miss you 💖
Nature's little secret fenugreek detangling prepoo gives the best slip for extra knotty days
Thank you for sharing! ☺️
Thank you for sharing! ☺️
TFS! Informative video as usual.😁 My fa-vo-rite slippery product is African Pride Aloe (Vera) & Coconut Water Pre-Shampoo. I put it in my hair between protective styles and I can finger detangle hair that's been tucked away for 4-7 weeks.😳 I also apply some to my scalp and vigorously rub to break up dirt, buildup, etc and it dissolves it so easily. Only drawback, which I negate by putting oil on top of it, is once it dries it leaves my hair feeling a bit dry and residuey. However, when I put oil on top while it's still wet, I don't get that dry, residuey feeling so problem solved.☺
The Best👍
I just bought mines! And I can't wait to try it out! Thanks
I have 4b/4c hair and recently starting adding natural Aloe Vera gel (directly strained from the plant) to my conditioner to detangle. Works amazing and saves money too.
Great video as always! And to answer your question for me it’s african pride aloe pre shampoo to detangle. It is a live saver and a time saver for me. And yes please for a part two!
Really?? I have to check that out, thank you for sharing! ☺️
I agree!
Ditto, I’m a gray curly girl. This is a great product!
Yaaasss! I've used it only twice but I LOVE it. Game changer!
African Pride Moisture Miracle Aloe & Coconut Water Pre-Shampoo gives me a lot of slip and I lose less hair, but I can’t leave this in so I will give the ones you mentioned a try because my hair tangles right back up after my wash.
Happy Friday 💕💕💕💕☀️☀️🌻🌻
Happy Friday!! :-)
I love nowIamnappy Hibiscus &Chebe Moisturizing Styler. My hair melts when it comes in contact with it. Every knot comes right out. I don't know what she puts in it. I use it once a week, from wash day to the next wash day and my hair stays moisturized the whole time. I drove around town with my windows down in 98-degree weather and my hair is still moisturized. I love this stuff.
I like that product too!
Agreed!! This product is absolutely awesome for moisture and detangling!!!
I have been curious about her products. I wish her all the success.
@@TracyD2 I love all of the products that I have bought from her and plan to try more of them. She is developing more to complete the Hibiscus & Chebe line. I can't wait for her testing to be done.
Thanks for this. I just ordered some. Can't wait to try it.❤
4c girl here and for me the only thing I use is aloe leaf! I found it works for me and have never looked back, mostly because I’m too lazy and too stingy to spend money and time/energy on other products that I’m not sure will do it better lol 😂 also it makes me feel nice that the only ingredient in aloe is aloe and I feel good about that. Feels like a detox from all the chemicals. I am interested in that ic thing you showed at the end though 🤔 it reminds me of aloe and well it has aloe in it, and since my hair likes aloe so much maybe trying that would be nice 😊
One of my new favorites, is the Mielle Sea Moss line, I love the shampoo and the gel mask, OMG! this stuff has changed my life!!!!!!
Canvas Beauty!!!! The pink shampoo and conditioner have amazing slip also Luster's pink super hydrate & shine masque.
Whatttt! I gotta try it!
Great review!!!! I'm going to try a couple of these for my high porosity 4C hair. They seem like they'd be HEAVEN on my hair and scalp! Thank you immensely again! Definitely do a part 2! You can do a 12 part series if you want, I'm here for it!!!
A fellow high porosity 4c queen?!? Chile I had to clean my glasses and do a double take! We are RARE out here. If you haven’t tried Melanin’s new(ish) deep conditioner or TGIN’s Repairx leave-in conditioner, you might want to. The slip, the lasting moisture-it’s bananas! I also have to give the TGIN daily moisturizer and indian hemp grease + almond oil a special shoutout for locking in the moisture and shine for way longer and a much lower cost than anything else I’ve tried.
Thanks for sharing Tonya! I love Keracare hydrating detangling shampoo, Haven’t found a shampoo that detangles better!
How did you know that this is exactly what I need today?!! Thanks for another amazing video!
You’re welcome!! 💜
@@CurlyChemistry Hi, what would you suggest to use to detangle hair that's been in a crochet twist style for 6 weeks? Thanks
Qhemet Biologics Cocoa Tree Detangling Ghee. Can use as a detangler and also as a leave in. If you have kinky hair, it’s a game changer
Yess! Sure can!
4C girl 🙋🏽. Been using the Kuza Black Castor oil moisturizer cream pretty much daily for months now- love this stuff-for all the reasons you said. Lol.
Girl it’s everything! 🥰
I’ve always loved Cream Silk Conditioner from the Philippines. It’s so soft on my hair and even after rising. Smells so good too.
Thanks for sharing Tonya! Well of course we want a part 2!
If your hair is tangle city like mine, you need African Pride’s coconut water prepoo! Your tangles will melt and it will prep your hair for the washing process! A good moisturizer that keeps my hair from tangling is TGIN daily moisturizing cream. I find that my hair stays soft and hydrated with this product.
I straighten my hair (old school with a hot comb). If anyone knows of a great conditioner or leave-in that keeps your hair detangled, but doesn’t leave a film on the hair that would affect the straightening process, let a girl know!
Giiiiiirl I love it, matter of fact, I just use it yesterday but 2 time using it, love prepoo, shampoo, and leave in, not on their conditioner, hope they get better on that one, that’s all I used in the line.
great suggestions might give those a try once my natural hair gets longer. I'm transitioning. What do you use when you have to detangle but not wash your hair after ?
Spray ur hair with water, African pride pre poo, and ur favorite light oil…and a tangle teaser….works on ALL TEXTURES. Highly recommend.
part 2 yes please.
It’s coming! 😆
Excellent video. I have 4c coily hair and I am always looking for a good detangler. Thank you so much Tonya. From the comments, sounds like African Pride Pre poo is bomb for my hair type.
I also have coily, tangle-prone hair, and I bought the African Pride pre-poo just based on these comments. It changed my detangling game! Definitely try it out!
Awesome video!!! Great suggestions 🙏🏽 And I absolutely love Melanin Haircare Oil. ❤❤❤
Thank you! 🥰
I must try it.
Do you really use it to detangle? Im thinking of trying it.
This is a great video 📹 👏
This is the best time to grow our hair before Christmas 🎄 😍 have 2months to GO!!😁
I use Design Essentials Avocado conditioner to detangle my hair. My daughters are a different story. One has super fine hair that mats if you look at her sideways. I'm trying to find something that works well for her because detangling her hair is ROUGH.
I got the kuza and the IC fantasia curl custard and they have worked amazingly on my 4c hair and my sons extremely thick 4b easily tangled hair. Thanks so much
Great video. Great product information always Thank You. Part 2 please. My most favorite slip product right now is African Pride Moisture Miracle Aloe & Coconut Water Detangling & Condition Pre- Shampoo this product is amazing. Tyfs🥰
Omg yes this is a video I didn’t know I desperately needed from YOU 😅❤
Aww yay!! You’re gonna love them!
Great video Tonya, you’re such a blessing❤! I use African Pride pre poo and One Love by The Doux!
Mielle sea moss hair mask has MAXIMUM slip
I used to use an aloe and glycerin mix, but I have salt and pepper now so nothing I’ve found works on this resistant wirey gray! Lol! BTW it’s hard to hear you - 😔I don’t want to miss a word!!
Earlier than last week. I enjoy your videos. They’re short and get right to the point.
Thank you! ☺️
Love your videos ❤️❤️, I use African pride aloe pre-shampoo to detangle, As I Am curling jelly to detangle, and Xtreme gel. Love it for my high porosity hair.😊😊😊
Lately, I use “The Original Mane ‘n Tail Detangler Tangles And Knots Solution”. Must get ready for DMV photo😎.
Hello, yes, I would enjoy a Part 2. Thanks for the video and all the great info you shared.
Thank you Lori! ☺️
Sorry to say I haven’t found that product yet that gives me great slip
Mane n tail conditioner for me 💯💯
That’s a classic!!
@@CurlyChemistry my sister put me on to it about 3-4 years ago! I ❤️ it
MICHE Lavish Leave-in is a great detangler! I haven't found one better after 4 yrs of being natural. You can only order it online. Just be sure your hair is saturated with water as you are detangling so keep a spray bottle with nearby.
Hey girl hey! I've been Binge watching your videos and I must say thank you so much for sharing all that knowledge. Since I came across your channel I definitely feel better with handling my hair. I appreciate you sharing your favorites too 😊 I'm a fan and also got your ebook which is awesome!
Adwoa leave-in conditioner🔥
Are there any detangling brushes that you guys recommend more than others? This would be my first one, and I’d like to invest in a good one.
For me it’s the Felicia Leatherwood hair brush. I threw all the others out after I used hers. I’m looking to buy another one as back up. Have had it for over six years
Felicia Leatherwood is DEFINITELY the best detangling brush!!!
I love melanin hair oil, the slip is amazing.
So good! 🥰
Part 2 hi Tonya pattern leave in conditioner 💜✌🏽
Love that!
Good Vibe. Great video. Lots of Energy
Pattern detangling nectar is also amazing! For fine and coarser hair.
Yes part 2
Please do a part 2
I have not found a satisfying detangling product so this is BOMB INFORMATION 😍! can't wait 2 try them!
You’re welcome!!
If you haven't try African Pride pre-shampoo. It literally melts your hair, it's so affordable, and it's wonderful.
Can I see the back of your hair style
Uncle Funky gel
Oooo yes! I keep hearing great things about that product!
Can you do a video on split ends
I’ve been wanting to try the Function of Beauty brand for almost a couple of years now. I like that I can customize my hair product for my specific hair type. However, I will finish what I have now because so just got braids installed for the fall.
P.S The jury is still out. Still looking for that product that has amazing slip for my hair.
Definitely give it shot when you’re ready! ☺️
My hair is dry and brittle
I use the products I formulate myself to detangle my hair it is my brand.
plz share your receipes
African Pride Moisture Miracle Pre-Shampoo Detangler is AMAZING!!!!!
Good morning. Tonya, blessings to you, hair expertise and sharing this season of solutions.
Thank you! 💜
Part 2
Hey Tonya I love love love you gyal.
Thx so much for sharing your gifts. Soon come mi a call yuh for creating product advice.
My favorite product for slip is African pride pre poo. I definitely will be trying both products you suggested asap.
Thank you for sharing. Love this video. It was amazing!! The product I love is Garnier Whole Blends Illuminating Conditioner with Moroccan Argan & Camellia oils extract. It has so much slip and it makes my hair so soft and manageable. And the shampoo that has a lot of slip for me is the Creme of Nature Argan oil from Morocco. It smells nice and it is so moisturizing. Love all of your videos. Sending you Tanya and everyone here love and light.
Happy Friday 😊 🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄 😊
Aunt Jackie's KIDS Soft & Sassy Super Duper Softening Conditioner. I don't care that it has Shea Butter, however it gives me the Slip I need. All my other products are w/o shea butter and align with "Natural" haircare products, such as Terressentials Spice hair Cleanser and Chebe Oil. I appreciate your experience and knowledge. Thank you for sharing.
My best detangling product is Inoar, Divine Curls Hair Mask.
Oh, My, Goddess! At first it doesn't feel soft, but the knots melt out of my hair. After rinsing out, my hair is velvety soft. I first saw this product as a review from Penny Tovar, and I had to get it. I love it. When I do my deep cleanse with sulfate cleansers, I use this hair mask afterwards. It is amazing for me.
Hi there, please what advice do you have for some one that is experiencing drastic hair shedding/loss due to supplements overdose?
I can't see a doctor now as they're always fully booked. Thanks in advance.
Tonya, your hair for me growing so long! I was always the kid with the short pigtails. Now, as an adult, I’ve grown a long “dookie” braid lol😂☺️
The African Pride Prepoo is the best for my hair. It have amazing slip. Thanks for sharing and may God continue to use you to pour out many more blessings.
My HG detangler is It's a 10--n-ever fails me but pricey. However: two of my budget faves (NOT just bc they're budget friendly) are the Moisture Miracle Shea Butter & Flaxseed Oil Moisture and Define Curling Cream AND the Maui Moisture Smooth and Repair Vanilla Bean Anti-Frizz Hair Butter Treatment.
All 3 are bomb. The African Pride and the It's a 10 are easy to get locally, but the Maui Moisture one isn't. The Maui Moisture one is ah-ma-zing and I have it on subscription for delivery from Amazon--moisture for DAZZZZE. (DAYS)!!
I like diy aloe and cactus gels)juice.
Great slip. The ph closes cuticles. Can work at any stage of the hair grooming process.
I'd forgotten that I love diy flaxseed gel for sealing the very tips of the ends of my hair.
Please part 2, Belle star natural hair's Shampoo, Deep conditioner, leave in conditioner, Detangling weave spray are my go to because the contain alot of cationic ingredients.
Water is my #1 detangling product. I don’t even attempt to detangle my hair without water. I don’t care how great the product is. If I’m not gonna add water, I don’t use it.
For detangling my hair I use Assuie milk detangler
Love Aussie!
Yes for part 2. Flaxseed gel. I'm curious, have you ever tried any of the MoKnows haircare line?
The aussie 3 minute miracle moisturizer such a helpful aide for my daughter and I
The Miche Bounce curl cream has a lot of slip and gives me a lot of definition and hold for a cream styler.
Yess! Thank you for sharing!
Part 2 please!
my slippery product is a leavin with marshmallow , i discover it this month
My fave is Melanin multi use leave-in conditioner
Thank you for sharing! ☺️
Please do a part 2.
Thanks for sharing and I’ll be sure to try one of these products.
Ogx hair oil is my holy grail for detangling my hair it’s magic lol
Kuza is great ... I only wish the bottle was bigger!
Are any or all of these products you mentioned good for wash and goes?
I love Oyin Oh My Glide! AMAZING SLIP!
Yaaaay! I definitely need these tips!
Yay! I hope they help! :-)
African Pride pre-shampoo is Awesome!
I made a deep conditioner from Function of beauty last year , and I love it!!
Thx for sharing. 🥰👌💃
You’re welcome! ☺️
ICFantasia has glycerin 2nd ingredient. 😊
Mielle Hydrating Conditioner Protein Free
Part 2
Yess it’s coming!! ☺️
@@CurlyChemistry Best detangling : putting moisturizing conditioner and olive oil in hair and combing through under lukewarm water in the shower. ☺️
Yes to part 2.
How do these affect color treated hair?
Hi curly, do you add oil to wet or dry hair, also is it best to add oil to hair that has been rinsed with cold or hot water?
Thanks Toni
If you add it to wet hair it will seal in the moisture
Oh and PLEASE DO a pt 2? Thx
Definitely do a part 2
Always on the prowl for good detangling tips, especially when I want to rock a puff sometimes. Still adore Curl Peace Detangling PrePoo, but there are some fabulous leave in and conditioner detanglers that have amazing slip. I forget that sometimes. I don't think I've tried detangling oils other than the coconut oil precoat trend.
Thank you for sharing!! I have to check out the Curl Peace product!
@@CurlyChemistry it is EXTRAORDINARY!!!
Affordable, clean ingredients, works like a charm!!!
Great reviews ♥️ Part 2 please
Part 2 please!!Great video👌
I've never been this early to a video lol. I use Melanin oil for everything EXCEPT detangling so I'll have to give it a try.
I make my own prepoo with aloe vera, fenugreek and slippery elm as the stars of the show. All 3 are naturally very slippery so it make detangling before wash day a breeze. I use it the night before and leave it in until I wash the next day. I also have other auyervedic powders/oils in it, so I find it to be amazing when I have it on 8 or more hours. I definitely massage it into my scalp well and when I'm feeling really bougie, I sit under my steamer before I get in the shower. It's the best detangling aid I've ever used AND it gives me that extra umph to have healthy and strong hair.
Love this!! Thank you for sharing! 🥰
@@CurlyChemistry no, thank you for all the information that you're sharing with us. We and our hair have been overlooked by the beauty industry so long. I've been natural long before it was popular to do so. Products specifically for our hair were few and far between. I had to figures out how to care for it myself. It was the same length, about mid-back when straight and shoulder length when curly, for years. Watching you and a few other creators has gotten me past that that plateau. I create all my own products except shampoo now using the knowledge I've gained by watching your channel. I even helped my cousin's alopecia and although it's not completely filled in, you can definitely see growth in those spots that used to be totally bald. Please continue to offer the valuable information for and to us, so we can unlock the key to our hair's health and length (health over length for me). Have a great evening, love! ♥️♥️♥️
Thanks for the info!
💋💋
🥰
My hair was braided for 2 weeks, but I was using blue m grease and water before my getting braids. Great slip!
Part two please!!!
