Anyone can see the monitors and CCTV feeds. The EVMs are store in the strong room till the day of counting of votes. During the entire process, all the public/ candidates/ agents have full knowledge of where the EMVs are and who al have entered the strong room. There is no scope of tampering with the EMVs.

how many votes stores in one evm machine at a time n is the vvpat and evm count physically counted in mok poll ? and why only 15 votes it should b atleast 1500 votes, programmatically it can b set after 15 votes it can b set for perticular number is it possible to shuffle the candidate position on each polling booth to get unbiased results think on it

Before sealing the CU, you need to vote for each candidate including NOTA an almost equal number of times until the total amount of votes polled is at least 50. Then the results need to be viewed and cleared.
