i think this and melissa's eclipse needs the spot light like this that it deserves then it would've never been forgotten by others who are iconic. but it would be cool to see how he got the M3 GTR in the first place.
Well what's fun about the M3 is that it might be the only car in the story that is a true race car as it's not only a BMW M3, it's a BMW M3 GTR, so my guess is that the Hero found it on a race track or that a pro pilot gave it to him.
The Supra was just a placeholder for the M3 GTR at the time because BB hasn’t got the license from BMW yet. That’s right, you were supposed to drive the M3 in that race.
wow whatever drift mod that is it's the most amazing change I've seen to carbon. it literally does exactly what you imagine the car to do while playing carbon even though without the mod the game doesn't do that
Oscar97o ah that's why it looks so cinematic but also works well for racing. I also noticed that the car accelerates a bit faster when it is getting out of the drift than when it does on straights
it does not accelerate faster, its because the speedo shows the forward speed of your car so when you drift the car is going sideways more so less speed is shown until you straighten out

It's a bug from when the cutscene was made. You see, when you install a rear bumper, the final game install an autosculpt exhaust. By the time they recorded the cutscenes (very early, you can still see police cars from NFSMW instead of Carbob) they didn't have this system in place. Also, except by the color, the preset is 100% accurate as it was taken from an early build
How did you get Darius' Supra by the way in the game? Considering it's under the "Custom" category and not in the "My Cars" category when choosing through the cars... And before anyone talks crap into thinking that it isn't Darius' Supra, it actually is, he made the player use it in the tragic race and was forced to escape, with Darius saying "Go, take my car, get outta here" while the player drives away in the Supra.
So unfair. The hero had a tier 3 car while everyone else was running tier 2 cars. Of course he was going to win the race. He would've seemed more op if he drove a car in a lower tier or something

It's the NIS drift mode. That's how the cars react to the handbrake in the cutscenes.

INIKIATHEKINGXX In Pro Street, theres an easter egg where they reported the supra was abandoned in the parking lot
Probably the Player ditched it before going to Palmont because he had too much heat on him and bought the M3 GTR.

Nikroz16 - the M3 GTR was after he abandoned the Supra and before he entered Rockport. Darius owns the Surpa and the R8 mainly (as seen in the game).

obviously the main character won that race, all the bosses had level 2 cars and the Supra is a level 3 car. They didn't have any chance.

I had to mod the game. The preset was "ported" from the Xbox360 Preview/Review Build. I just fixed the car's color.
