Dear Sir , I am running on treadmill from last 2 years. Earlier (1.5 years ago) I feel pain during downstairs only . Then I stopped running on treadmill for 1 month after that I continue my running by wearing a knee cap but since then I will never face such pain. Pleased tell me am I doing Right or Wrong ? I didn't want to stop running on treadmill. Please tell me.
