Jewels of the Sea: How to Protect Climate Resilient Reefs

The world’s coral reefs are dying off at alarming rates, due to an disastrous confluence of events-both natural and man-made. Yet despite the odds, nature is resilient. Climate resilient reefs have adapted to a warmer, more acidic ocean and are thriving. In the last few years, The Nature Conservancy and outside partners have collaborated to develop technology capable of identifying these climate resilient reefs so we can better protect them and bolster future resilience globally.
