Ranveer is an exceptionally talented story teller ,his clarity of thoughts, his deep rooted values ,his nostalgic approach, his simplicity ( not to talk about his cooking skills) -all these qualities make him an amazing person

This show should be renamed as 'The Slow Therapy with Neelesh Misra'.....for once it didn't feel like an interview, it felt like we witnessed two friends who met after long speak their hearts out...

I deny calling this an interview.. its the most defined and refined conversation which will cleanse your soul.. Today I got to know What a true journalist is and what a real chef is, more precisely what a real and true human being is..
Best of the best neelesh sir and Chef brar sahab... 😍
Chef Brar came rich but walked away richer,
but it is me (a listener) who walked away richest 😇

Agreed. From a multitude of nuances one that stood out to me for its fineness was the Lukhnow ki tehzeeb of 'Pehle aap'!

I Tested positive for Covid, on 27 april 2021. The 17 days of the disease passed away with your The Slow Connection.
All episode and guests have been very nice but this one with Ranveer Brar, connected to my heart like nothing else . Thanks for the unseen support in my time of need.. By the grace of God I am fine now and am sure that I am hooked to your shows for life.
Took a lot of positives from all the episodes and will try to imbibe them in my life to be a better human.

That line where he says " im her!" . I know that feeling. There was a moment a few months back when I realized this about my own nani
While telling someone about my nani , I realized I had become her unknowingly.
So i just felt Ranverer I feel you! I know that feeling!

Yehi woh dono shaqs hain jin ke andaaz e bayan ka main bohot bada mureed hoon. Not to mention they are masters in their respective fields. So much to learn about life from this interview.

I have watched almost all the episodes of this series, and this is perhaps the best of the lot. Ranveer is so articulate and rooted. Nilesh is again the best person to talk to as usual. Especially liked the introduction of your team. Sometimes it happens that they get lost in the background after putting in so much hard work, sometimes even more, gestures like this are a great source of personal motivation. Please include them more often and in even more creative ways. Thank you.

    1. very impressed with him! At a young age- he’s so knowledgeable! Down to earth, graceful!
2- he is so spot on with cooking with good intention! If you’re in a good mood it turns out amazing! Similarly if you’re mad- well then you’re going to burn the dish!
    Loved this slow interview!

What an beautiful slow conversation of 2 mature, full of life souls. Enjoyed every bit of it. Been a Ranveer fan for years for his something different attitude towards cooking, his taking us back to where we all came from. He is somebody who has changed the way we all look at food, away from commercial ways. His soothing way of talking of food makes me nostalgic and brings up that deep rooted old traditions of enjoying cooking and being slow. Lots of love and best wishes to these genuine souls ❤️🤗

This is the most beautiful conversation, film documentary or interview I have ever watched in my life. All filmmakers should watch this. When two beautiful human being meet script is not needed, no expensive camera needed and most importantly no retakes needed...as an audience I have watched everything I need. This piece of video has has given me so many different perspective about food, human, education and ofcourse life. I am not the same person who started watching this video. This piece of small conversation has changed something in me. Wow...Neelesh please keep making this art and I cannot thank you enough for making this interview and sharing it with the world. I agree with most of the comments here....... So UA-cam was invented so that Neelesh and Ranveer conversation could be shared and heard in the world.

I just feel that the interviewer was able to bring out the best from the interviewee. It's an appropriate case study for students of journalism on the revival of the now lost interviewing tehnique which makes for a good human interest story with universal appeal.

With Neelesh ji the biggest power lies in the power of Pause. He is not only able to convey what maelstorm of words are churning inside him but also leaves a trail of similar thought to think about it later. Perhaps that's why we are able to connect to him, his thoughts and questions. Inke kahne ka tareeka ghar ke kheer jaisa hai. Ghar chhoot jata hai, par zaayka nahi!

I'm a professor and a foodie too. For me it was a treat to watch such storytellers. The way u defined food, Schools, education, skills, modesty, lyf n humility, blew my mind. Just finished watching, enjoyed every minute of this genuine, non dramatic conversation. Awesome 💐👏🙏🙏

In the humdrum of the present day world , it was such a joy to listen to two enriched souls. When "brevity" is the buzzword for seeking attention, meaningful dialogues such as these are a balm for the soul. Aap pe uski barqat bani rahe.

Ranveer bro --such a great human. Grounded, rooted with dignity & humility. Just love his humbleness and attitude. Same thing for Neelesh Mishra --what a personality! Loved this interview.
