Hey this routine has just dropped & thanks to the fact its only 20min long, its enabled me to do, day 7,8 & now 9 in one day 🤣 I've finally caught up... Am guessing it might be a mix of the algorithm & the time difference that I'm getting the workouts a day later ☺️ But again a lovely core centric routine, short & sweet but affective routine... Loved it Thanks Hannah 🙏

hello Hannah.... i just finished this cardio pilates also i combined another cardio pilates from your cardio pilates better than hiit series.... oh m so happy i could do all of them ...with bit pause cause the hiit series was very fast n i was panting...so... but i feel great.... thank u so much...

Day 9 ✅ Imagine having a tail.. I did imagine having squirrel tail 🤣 I couldn't do workouts for the past two days so after this I will do Day 10 and probably Day 11 challenges!

Wow..... all those moves unused to be able to do especially fingers laced behind back, I can only raise my arms maybe an inch and that’s pulsing. 🤦♀️. I used to be able to raise my arms to middle of back like Hannah. Wow I’m out of shape.
