Despite this movies mixed reviews, I still stand by that Halloween kills is one of my favorites in the franchise! Looking forward to watching the extended cut soon!

Halloween kills is definitely fun from the very beginning. I do think the dialogue and acting are rough at times but Michael, the kills, and score are all perfect

I completely agree man how people don't like this movie. Halloween kills was everything and more. I was afraid I be disappointed but I am so glad I walked out of the theatre satisfied. I literally watched halloween kills on peacock 2 or 3 nights in a row after seeing at the theatre. I just pray halloween ends is even better.
At first i didn’t like Kills as much as H2018, but over time it started to grown on me and definitely benefits from multiple rewatches 😉

Another point: Watch the bar scene at the beginning when they mention the escaped mental patients. They showed 2 picttures, but they didn't show their names. Its been 30 to 40 years since original incident and only 3-6 people actually seen Michael. It makes sense that the mob didn't know what michael looked like. I learned that from re-watching the movie.

Last movie, Michael no big deal outside of Laurie Strode's bunker. HK, same night he's like a walking 9/11. I mean, actual hospital staff and doctors knocking people out of the way to murder? a guy who killed a few people 40 years ago. Maybe the scene would have worked if a similar built escaped lunatic was running around and it caused the cops to be diverted, buying Michael time to do his murder thing. imo

Love Kills! I do wish they would have taken out about 5 "Evil dies tonight" lines but other than that it's everything I was hoping for,

I love the kills in this movie. Most of the other characters made the movie not as good in my opinion... but micheal myers in the film, BRAVO 100
I don’t quite get the hate for this film. I don’t think it’s as good as 2018, but I enjoyed the hell out of it in the theater. The characters are really idiotic, sure, and the whole “evil dies tonight” BS got a little excessive. Still, it almost feels like David Gordon Green did some of it intentionally as satire (Vanessa’s death for instance). I like his addition of humor, which adds some levity between the brutal kills.
Find yourself someone who looks at you as devotedly as Lee Mccoy watches Halloween Kills

Love this movie. Kills is a love letter to die hard Halloween fans who grew up watching the original movies. It’s not perfect but not as flawed like majority makes it out to be. It’s my 5th favorite in the series. Also, Evil dies tonight was first said by Marion Chambers after Tommy said, “love lives today” at the bar. Yes, I’d love a ranking of the Halloween final acts video
alot of people never mention that Tommy adopts that slogan in honor of Marion's death.

I’m late but I adored Halloween Kills even more than the 2018 installment. That movie felt like a standard Halloween movie but with bad comedy and no scares. This movie was terrifying and the comedy felt right!
Halloween kills is a great movie that had balls and turned things up a Notch. People hate the movie and think characters are dumb and dialogue is off, it’s a damn slasher movie. My favorite part of the movie was Lonnie, in the end he faced his childhood fear that he grew up lying to everyone about.
Really enjoyed this DWatch. Really Really enjoyed KILLS. I teared up after watching the throwback scene. It was so beautiful. Also, I got H4 vibes from your stair case. Great video keep killing it 🔪 🎃

I loved Halloween Kills and I love that I am not the only one who has love for it lol! Great video and Halloween Kills was my 2nd favorite movie of the year, it was a close 2nd to Ghostbusters Afterlife.
Ghostbusters did not grab me like it did a lot of people. There were aspects I loved though, like the sister.
I loved it, it wasn't perfect, but it was great.

In the theater, Michael was hiding behind some big piece of metal sheeting, using it as protection, it was one of the times we see the shape in a vulnerable position & I don’t mind at all ….horrifying for that fire fighter after the revelation, especially by himself

ive watched over 30 times and the film still gets me everytime.
I think those who had a lot of complaints with it, didnt pay enough attention.
How i see it, the divide in the audiences of the franchise, comes from misunderstandings
of whats appropriate with this mythos, being that its restricted to certain things.
There's fans of certain sequels who dont care about Michael's mythos being explained,
but cant seem to accept that this trilogy is built on the original mythos where explanatioms are not allowed.
Usually those who really understand the first film, arent having these problems with 2018 or Kills.

Truelly, most want realism in everything. Most people according from watching other reactions, is that people hated the mob, hated how unbeatable Michael Myers appears to be. That's just I think. At the end of the end of the day, I think this movie definitely stays true on the intimidating presence of Michael.

The original Michael Myers actor Nick Castle makes a cameo appearance and nobody really cares because everyone was more impressed by James Jude Courtney's portrayal of Michael Myers.
Love this H Movie. Best since og H II imo. Both 2018 and Kills compliment each other.

I remember before this movie came out people were saying it's the most brutal in the franchise, but the kills in RZ2 just hit so much harder.

I enjoy that this movie showed a conclusive answer that Michael Myers
is supernatural because no damn way a human could survive being shot more than 3 times which he was in the (1978) Halloween movie, , being stabbed in the back, being hit by a fast moving car which he survived without injuries or damage, hit repeatedly with weapons, he easily destroyed a man’s head by stomping his head once which is not physically possible for a human to accomplish using a foot, etc.
I think it was a bad idea for them to retcon lorie and myers being brother and sisters. I didn’t mind that. And it makes more sense why myers wants her so bad. I THINK the premise of lorie and myers are siblings is better than the twist when lorie and them find out myers wasn’t after her, it was the crazy doctor that put myers on lories path.
That would be okay, except Michael doesnt want her at all, yet alone bad.
Michael and Laurie arent related in the original film so it makes ZERO sens eto have them relate din this trilogy.

Awesome video man!!!!! Halloween kills is like the avengers infinity war of the Halloween franchise. Because the characters thought they had the upper hand and they underestimated Michael and Michael won. And I loved all the kills and the soundtrack and the mood and atmosphere.

Another one! I love it. It is interesting, the first time I saw Halloween Kills I didn't love it. However, after thinking about it and catching some of your videos, I liked it. I am not a Myers purist and don't care if he is human or superhuman or like a Jason type. I like the newer films. I want to see the extended version. Good movie. I loved Big John and Little John and wished they survived.

Hey Lee, I still have a blast with this movie. It's so much fun, granted there are problems, like with any movie. But, the essence of Myers is so strong in the movie, I can't help but enjoy it. I truly believe JJC is the best Myers ever 🔪 🔪 🎃 🎃

I usually agree with your opinions on horror movies and maybe I have to rewatch this someday. I gave it 3/10 on my first view and for reference I've given Halloween Resurrection the score of 5/10. It could be better now that I know what I'm getting into. But I'm afraid it'll be even worse.

I love Halloween Kills I liked it a lot more than H18. I like H18 but I liked the confrontation between Laurie and Michael much more in H20. Halloween Kills is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite sequel in the series. Halloween 2 will always be my favorite sequel but for me this is right there with Halloween 4 as one of my favorite sequels.

WOW !! This was probably the best Dwatch I’ve seen !!! And really eager for a revisited one day, it’s an obligation to do a revisited for Halloween lol !!! Loved every single second, i still think it is the best movie of 2021 and even my fav movie of the franchise ! Everything works in this movie, the kills, brutality, Michael Myers (the way how to do stuff and visually amazing the burned mask etc), the soundtrack which I listened before the film release and thought ok not soooo good but actually after watching the film it became one of my fav scores of the series lol 😂 love it ! The direction of david gordon green, the original cast and characters, dr loomis make up/cameo, i simply freaked out and i saw it. And the flashbacks scenes in general were perfect, you literally feel you are watching the original Halloween, cause the camera, lighting, photography etc !!! This movie is a love letter for fans, if you didn’t like it, you’re not a halloween fan !! Everything is amazing !! Michael has never been more brutal i guess, and i hope in h ends be even more and more !! Something that really pleased me in kills was the presence of myers, and the violence, the film doesn’t hesitate of showing the gore, the deaths of the stabbed knife in the eye, the light tube death and cameron’s death were my favorites but i loved every kill. I prefer the alternative ending, i think it’s much more intense, reminds michael in the 1st film holding the phone, but still like the theatrical ending too. I hope the alternative ending is canon one day lol because it’s so much better and fun ! And I loved your reaction of my instagram comment lol 😂 my enthusiasm, and about enthusiasm i loved yours with Karen stabbing myers with a pitchfork lol. Your reaction is priceless !! You know even tho this movie divided a bunch of Halloween fans the build up and the anticipation leading up to it was fun for everyone and we can get that again this year going into Kills
I think kills is very high up there with the best I don’t see any flaws amazing gory kills and also some humour to calm things down. It gave me rob zombie vibes which is my favourite of the franchise. We got scream tickets booked and ends later this year oh my it’s a great time to be a slasher kinda guy!

I absolutely LOVE Halloween Kills so much as soon as I heard the DVD was at Dollar General I immediately ran out to get it. I also pre ordered the 4K. The kill that get me is the Scene involving Myers and the girl dressed as the nurse. When he kicks the Passenger door and the Gun goes off I was like holy 💩 he isn't playing around on the Brutality

2018 is a better movie, but this is a way better watch. Just got your eyes glued to the screen the whole movie. I love both. If I love Ends this could be one of my 10?favorite trilogies of all time
