Such a poor design with the filter so close to the floor! Nothing can go under to catch the water! Which was the only method I could use to be able to move it! Still no joy!

Agree. Sorting an F05 now. Even lifting the outlet 10mm higher would mean that you can get some form of container under the outlet without the water bleeding under and onto the floor.
