- A walkthrough of how to fix Bosch E09 Error Code on a Dryer. This will apply to most Bosch Condensor dryers. If your dryer is not heating properly or ends up showing this E09 Fault Code this diagnosis and fix will help.
I have replaced the heating element, the heating element is still not heating up and I am still getting a E9 fault code. Any further suggestions?
Were you able to find an answer?
My bosch wtw855rsn doesn't have sensor over the cover. Where I can find it?
Hello!! I'm Roberto. Thanks for the video! But my Bosch dryer (series 8) behind that panel doesn't have that sensor. Where else could it be? Thanks...
Hi there, did you manage to find where the sensor was?
It is possible to have the translation in French
Where can you buy the heater element?
Thank you a lot !
By following your intructions I was able to fix our dryer

@@askmrwashywashy yes...I'm very grateful...I'm a technician in Brazil...and I can follow you from here...I work a lot with top load washers (Electrolux)..and I also repair dryers...
@@askmrwashywashy friend... you speak of Europe...?..
The black one next to the TOC is an NTC there will be resistance!
Very helpful. Having tested both sensor and thermostat, I replaced the whole heater element. Unfortunately, it still returns E:09. Any ideas what to check next?
hi when you start it up is it heating up ? if so does it get really hot ?
@@askmrwashywashy after a few tries, it stopped returning the error code. It is heating, but not as hot as a remember it being-it took over 4h to dry one damp sheet, and it still wasn't very dry. Before replacing the parts, I disassembled the unit and vacuumed every speck of dust out. I've wiped down the moisture sensor, flushed the drain hose,, and the pump seems to be draining normally. Short of a computer error, the only other factor I can think of is that it's an unusually hot and humid summer, and our A/C isn't really keeping up...
