    2 vintage is the best channel IMO, no click bait no throwing merch down your throat all the time no thumbnails with some cheap female in a bikini, just fixing up good old beauties and teaching the viewers how to troubleshoot and fix different parts (if they did not already know) keep doing what you are doing, your videos are always a very good watch 😁 I have some of my friends in the UK now hooked on this channel 👍🏻

      Well i think its smart business practice. He is buying and putting in work and buying the parts to fix them, i would ask whatever i think my time is worth. Ultimately its his decision what the price is and yours not to pay that much. Somebody will pay what he is asking for them.

    • @Razor6On3
      @Razor6On3 2 роки тому +1

      Unfortunately i dont do facepuke or twatter or any social media for that matter so i couldn't relate on that area. It is hard to try and run a channel and keep it relevant and also do what he is doing with finding and buying bikes, quads, etc.. i can understand wanting more for something but i can also see it from your perspective. There are alot of people that think a used item is worth new or more than new prices. I think they get it in there head that something is rare or hard to get and base price off of that as well as what they bought it for and parts cost. Most should research what the current price is for something in the condition it is or will be in once new parts are installed on it and not on what another pristine item with nothing wrong with it going for. There is a fine line between both sides of that

    I had this same exact year, and bought it new. The grill on the radiator is not stock. The stock looks way better. I'd look for one. Also the chain tensioner on the rear axle hub is the good one. They ruined it in the 1989 which I also bought new. Something about Honda having a patent on the one on the 86. It's looks nice though. Many aftermarket upgrades. Keep the good work. Love the videos.

  • @joemusicman64
    @joemusicman64 2 роки тому +6

    Both of my engines ran perfectly. Kept them stock, just an aftermarket silencer. Went through plugs but I always kept a spare. Are you going to keep that radiator hose right up against that pipe on the right side? Looks really close. Also lube up the swing arm bolt. Mine was seized on so bad I had to drill it out. In fact grease up all the moving parts/bushings on the frame. Too bad they don't zerks like Yamaha.

    The quad Zila you make it look so small like it’s a 200 or 150 withI know they Never made but you sitting on it to
    250 makes it look like you were in giant set no no 50 mL bike definitely need the 500 quad which was one of the baddest foolish ever made besides the 250 or they’re both iconic and quit making them because they were too fast but you make that bike look little homey LOL keep doing what you doing love your channel love the full Willer work and all that shit💯🔥

    If its a fresh rebuild it has common practice too run the first few tanks really rich in oil. Don’t know if their any validity to it or not but that’s probably why the tank is rich

    it has a 87-92 cylinder on it hence the blue color. I think the powervalve came out in 87 but dont quote me on that. Im rusty. or maybe someone just liked blue and painted it.
