Hi, I prefer to ignore it until the installation is complete so that I can only do it once. It does not always work out that way though. If you have time to sit and watch the installation you can do it right away. I only mentioned that so viewers would know it is not urgent It just needs to be done before the software will load. Hi Adi, are you running DYMO Connect v1.4.2? according to the site, it should be supported.

Thanks! Non-US printer models are a little different and need the black lines on the back of the roll. Do your labels have this?
If so double-check that the black lines are on the left side of the printer when facing it.

Please help…I have downloaded the software but I do not see the DYMO label app. The download was successful
Hi Kathy, for some software on Macs you have to manually add them to the applications folder. Can you search the computer for the Dymo folder and move it from there? Try "CMD + SPACE BAR" and the search bar will pop up. If you'd like I can make a quick walk through for the process I am describing.

After it’s connected can we unplug it from the laptop and will it print automatically from the laptop after?
